Personally I don't give a shit about warzone weapons, and I only open packs for armour. What people want out of packs is dependant on the player, and 343 really should've allowed us to choose the kind of things we want out of REQ packs.

Xavier Perreira there's about 40 or so bronze armour so you have a good chance at the start. With the change in the REQ system however, you get mostly weapons now, so I suggest moving to silvers. Unfortunately for me, I still get ultra rare and legendary armour in every single packs I open, but I just have bad luck.

I have a buddy who got Halo 5 only a few months ago but because of owning his own business he hasn't had a chance to really get into it. With the Xmas season coming he's gonna have some time to really binge on the game. What would you suggest sir ?
From what I learned when started the game last year, I think you should buy one or two gold packs first. If you are lucky you'll have a good certification and as it's your first one you'll have a lot of this req at the begining. By doing this I had 60 gauss warthogs at level 30. I don't know if it works anymore but new players should try it especially for the VERY FIRST pack
One thing I noticed is when you have a lot of req points and open bronze you get nothing if you have all weapons but if you open at 20k common armor is more likely to appear
You could hide round a corner then when someone comes round use the smart link visor thing and get a head shot or you could charge in at the enemy and get a potential load of kills but you may die as well
it is if you're trying to maximize your req points and you know you'll eventually have enough to buy everything. You get twice as many permanent reqs if you try to clear all the silver packs (common-rare items) first. Of course this means that you have 0 chance of earning ultra rare and legendary equipment. I've cleared all my silver packs already, and that took a while, but that lets me acquire 2 items of either ultra rare or legendary rarity with every 10k req points.
Ryan McInnes check the tab in the menu called 'collection' and scroll through every sub-option. If you have about 85% of all weapons and vehicles, move to the next pack

Saber 22 You get all of them. You can also sale some of them to receive back req points. Something I do with needlers, plasma pistols and other common weapons that overrun my collection
I have all the Common and uncommon certifications, I'm a level 69, And I've narrowed down all my rare certifications, but I've been getting SO MUCH ARMOR only about 1/8 of the Silvers I buy get me one of the very few certifications I can get from silvers :/ Also, do you know if there are any weapons that you are guaranteed to get at a certain level? I wish I knew this when I finished the story mode which is like 4.5 years ago😭. I’m lvl 9 now😂, I tried playing MP when I finished the campaign but they would kill me so easily that I stopped playing thinking it was because I had a recruit armor and stopped but I just started playing yesterday again and observed how they kill me and learned LMAAAO
They mean you have unlocked that particular item and will get more of them to use when you open packs. Some certifications like the assault rifles for example aren't single-use so it's a one time unlock.
Hey could you do a 2v2 tips and tricks? or maybe i could send you a gameplay for spartan school? I play a lot of 2v2 with my friend and we struggle to get a great strategy, we win alot due to the ennemy team bring inferior or just us being lucky

People who have recently started playing can get weapon certifications and "previously" higher ranked reqs quicker than people who have been playing the game since day one. I realize it's an attempt make warzone more balanced, but I feel like they're making it too easy on newer players. Granted, it could be worse, like Destiny multiplayer, but that's just my opinion.
I just wish I would've found this BEFORE I f*cked up my Req unlock progression... you should make an addendum for the best method if someone DIDN'T follow this strategy...

I actually was unable to get rare emblems via Silver packs. Had to switch to Gold to start unlocking them. Anyone else is the same? I got my 1500 RP back with a silver (so I knew I got everything with silvers) but I still have a lot of Rare emblems locked.
I also have a lot of rare emblems locked but can't get them from gold packs either so i think they are the ones you get from completing different commendations

If you have a lot of weapons then you will normalize.
