It is never fair when an accused has to prove that he's innocent especially when he could not be proven with evidence that he is guilty by the authority. I'm not speaking in favor of any side but if the ministers and chief ministers are arrested without conviction then think about what the aam aadhmi(pun intended😂) would suffer when arrested in such a manner. As far as chor politicians are concerned, not much's gonna ever change. For this particular case though my problem is more with the quality of liquor and I'd talk of beer in particular-never really had such substandard (ethanol hotmix) kind of beer in Delhi.
