Putting them in Jail is no use. They will use this as a opportunity against elections. They will not care to even kill their own blood to come to power and loot our Country. You are wrong in saying no money is involved. If Subramanian swamy had not filed a case, the assets would have been sold off for money.
Congress wont sell any of their property. They earn crores of money throughout their properties which are leased using 3rd party owners. To say, they are not even worrying to win elections, they are in control of congress just to hold the power of all these illegal properties they earned all these years.

There was no need of Crntral govt to step into the matter, SFIO and Sebi would have done it ages ago but how could they congress themselves didn't let them do.
And latest set of facts rahul himself admitted that they had transactions with kolkata firm which allegedly do hawala.

Forget payment of 50 lakhs, borrowing/donation or even the massive value of assets in question. The moot issue is who was enjoying the income from those properties all these years? Considering AJL has only one employee & no business, the entire rental incomes from all properties would run into a few thousand crores in all these years from 2010 up to now? Where is the account for its expenditure or the balance? Why aren't people talking about it?

Yes, there are two companies involved and Gandhi’s are only the shareholders but this is where the corporate doctrine of lifting of corporate veil should ideally come into play, like it did for Vijay Mallya.
While the video covered just a few details over the surface, it's still hiding few facts that are important.
Like the people who constitute the Congress party, Associated journals and young India.
That would clearly show this was corruption done by the few privileged to make 8000cr worth of real estate.
And then there is rent and leasing contracts of Herald house which is a non-profit entity. But rent etc are being taken by the people running these entities for profit.

THERE are errors in the detail. Congress claimed it gave a loan to National Herald. The building in Delhi is worth Several times higher , the total is estimated more than 2000 crore whereas you state it is 600 crores.

Your concluding is silly. Where is the question of avoiding? The whole share transfers, debt transfer, creating new company with RG and SG holding almost everything is to give the asset to them and the income from the assets for nothing. It is deliberately done.
