The most heartbreaking moment for me in Red Dead Redemption 2 is when Arthur looks at the Nunn and says he's afraid. The look in his eyes, his tone of voice, it all shows how vulnerable he's become. For man like Arthur to say that he's afraid, a man who's stared death in the face countless times before. Who's been knocked down and gotten back up so many times before. For someone like that to say he's truly afraid, is one of the most heartbreaking things to me. It's another of the many things about Arthur that reminds me of my father. My father was the kind of man who could take a beating and keep on coming. I've seen him get thrown by horses, he's survived two potentially fatal car accidents, brain surgery, even getting shot. I literally thought my dad was indestructible, and I believed he was fearless. Well life has some harsh ways of teaching you the realities of living. Rest in peace Dad.

Guys, when you’re playing as John in the epilogue and after, you can go to that building in Saint Denis and walk up to the plaque. John will look at it and say something about Arthur’s name being there

I don’t think this is such a popular opinion but, I think that it would be cool to have a game where Dutch’s plan works now it’s going to take some time to explain so settle in. First and foremost Micha Bell needs to die saving Dutch, this would make a lot of things turn out different. We start out in black water with Micha dead there is only one plan Hosea’s and Arthur’s plan witch is more planed out and a more solid plan, with this robbery going as planed they won’t leave in such a rush thus making them able to grab the money and supplies they need, now the plan wouldn’t work perfect thus making it so that they still have to go on plan B going into the grizzlies and then more East escaping the law. Since they weren’t rushed they don’t have to rob the train and they can leave faster leaving more room between them and the law. They now reach horse shoe overlook much faster and thus making them not run into the law as fast because of that they didn’t rob Cornwall and so now the law does not now where they are and have to search after them for much longer and they won’t receive Cornwall’s funding cutting them short on supplies. The gang will still leave at around the same time since they are worried about the law. When it comes to the robbery on valentines bank they will still do it when they are located in Rhodes this decision is made to throw of the law. They won’t make the wagon robbery since Bill and Charles are away and Arthur doesn’t want to do it. When it comes to the Braithwaites and the Gray’s Arthur will bring up that the gold is mostly a roomer they won’t try and play them this means that when the go to San Denies they won’t get set up on the two robberies this means that Dutch won’t hurt his head and they will have enough money to slip away to TAHITI and of course as a distraction he will start a war between the native Americans and the American military. I might have missed something but you can fix that in your head boah.
I wish there was an alternate ending for Arthur. Maybe one where instead of beating the sick farmer, he reasons with him. So that he doesn't cough on Arthur and expose him to tuberculosis. That way Arthur is able to hold off the Pinkertons and kick Micha's ass. Then a few years later Arthur finds his way to John's ranch. I want to see the two of them working together to build up that ranch. Since Arthur killed Micha, there's no reason for John, Sadie and Charles to do it. So that agent Ross search for John Marston takes a little longer. Then perhaps the ending of the first game would be a little different.
I've lost count of how many times I watched this video. It's literally Arthur's best Tribute, everything fits perfectly. I have no words to describe Arthur, it's my favorite character. All this internal conflict that he has, the quest for redemption, makes him a complex character. Unfortunately he died from a past mistake where he contracted the disease. Despite being a murderer and bandit, he helped others, and these people said he was a good and kind man, but Arthur said no, because he was so wrong in the past. Arthur Morgan conquered me in an incredible way, he's the best. "I'm still a bad man."

One of the best story's i played in my life. Never before i was that emotionally addicted with a video game character. I'm really a big fan of all the games coming from Rockstar, but this one will always be my favourite of heart.....
No word of a lie...I cried for 40 minutes when he died xD I sat, bawling my eyes out, staring at the screen :( Poor Arthur...he deserved a happy ending...
It's a bit ridiculous and amazing how much we can love a character who does not exist. Arthur's character was written so well, you can only develop feeling.
What scares me is when we reach this level of storytelling on VR, well have to look into the eyes of a character we love and actually see them die as if it were real. RIP Arthur
This is the beat video I've ever watched and Arthur Morgan is the best protagonist in a video game or piece of media ever in my opinion and this game is a genuine masterpiece it's more than a game it's art and I wish more people could experience it
Arthur is an example telling us we can live bad lives and feel like bad men, but in reality we are not we just have to be willing to do the right thing.
You know this is the greatest character in gaming history this was a character that had helped me through a tough time and I cried at the end it was so amazing
I can’t lie thought this wasn’t going to be good. I’m glad I clicked anyway. Especially once I heard not Axle Rose’s voice. You captured a lot of key moments in his story. Arthur Morgan was a god amongst men.
Never was touched so deeply from a game, from a non-existent character, which bring me to tears so often... thank you rockstar, thank you arthur morgan!
Friend Started the game, I watched him play through a majority of the missions. Couldn't wait to see his reaction he was wrapped around this game and character. He was DEVASTATED people kept saying something terrible happens. * What made this game so sad to me is that ARTHUR actually believed he was a bad man as he was dieng. No matter what he was doing nice he couldnt see past all the bad he had done. SUPER SAD, BUT SUPER GREAT GAME
Alright dude, so I have been looking at a few tributes for RDR2 Arthur, did not really find one that had the clips I would use, but you, YOU did it, I loved this one, it gave me goosebumps as well, good job my dude, good job.
This video captures everything so perfectly. I bet I've watched it 50 times, and it brings tears every time. Its actually something I turn to in a time of need, like a favorite song, which is why I'm hear now. Thank you for this.
I fell deep into depression last year, because of my past and a girl, I was crying everyday, I tried everything I could think of, even tried attempting it. One of the reasons why I kept going is because of this game, and this tribute. When I use to play this in 2019, it made feel that there's a good man within me and took me awhile to embrace it. Arthur inspired me to push on. what he went through in his life I felt the pain, and he eventually got over his depression but sadly it was too late for him. Thank you for making this tribute, made me reflect on my life and past every time and it encouraged me to keep fighting, as well as the game. Thank You
"Your a good man" "Your The Best Ive Ever Known" "There is a good man in you" "Whenever I See you You Are Helping People And Smiling" Rest In Peace Arthur Morgan
Just wow..man this is amazing and that last section really got me when John meets with the lady Arthur helped learn to survive on her own and then shot of the plaque with his name on it, Idk what it is about that but seeing his name there being remembered really hits me hard. Thank for this, this is great. Seriously. People may say Arthur wasn't a good man but he was a *man* ...more of a man than even the best of us, and there was a good man underneath that veneer he had to wear, he did what he had to and faced it all even when terminally ill he still tried doing right by those around him and those he could help. Everything he did was for the people around him and cared about. Those that say he died for nothing and wasn't able to change anything couldn't be more wrong, he gave John a chance to have the life his family deserved for a time and he was able to help others along the way(there's no way someone can say otherwise, each day that John got to spend with his family and got to live was a blessing. Just helping even 1 person can mean the world to somebody and can help a person die with some aspect of peace(something I consider to be what really matters, you choose your own hell) which is what Arthur did, he died knowing he atleast tried and was able to atleast help some folks along the way. Edit: damn, listening to this 2 days later while working out and that last bit still gets me. Man.. I think it's time to replay this for the 4th time, or 3rd and 1/2, I stopped midway through it for reasons I'm sure everyone understands..such amazing work was put in to the Single Player part of this game)
When I first heard Arthur say that he's afraid and he actually shows it in his expression, my heart just sank. Not a lot of people are human enough to admit it, but Arthur Morgan is indeed, human.
In RDR1 i connected to john so much during my playthrough and it was an impactful story for me. It was really sad when they killed John in RDR1....but i must say the second time around playing the prequel to the first game really hit me harder...Seeing Arthur die was even more emotional for me because of many reasons, but some that i can think of now is Arthur saving John's life and helping his family escape to live a better life! He helped so many people despite the fact that he was a bad man...He was a bad man, but he had a heart of gold for those in need...Arthur's loyalty is what got him killed. He was loyal to dutch and the gang because that's all he ever knew his whole life so he was forced to live that lifestyle even though he wanted to see a way out of it...its pretty fucked up how it all lead up to arthur dieing...Rockstar did a great job by blending the 2 games in...i love how part 2 falls right behind the first red dead...its pretty fucking sad as if it happened in real life ....For a game to be able to make you feel something deeply is pure art and just amazing.
this video came out a couple years ago but i still revisit it, it brings back the memories of fun i had with people on red dead but also speaks deeper to the soul of people and displaying arthur was a bad man, but also the one you could always count on to do the right thing in the end
"there's a good man within you."

One of the best story's i played in my life. Never before i was that emotionally addicted with a video game character. I'm really a big fan of all the games coming from Rockstar, but this one will always be my favourite of heart.....
I still can’t get over Arthur
No word of a lie...I cried for 40 minutes when he died xD I sat, bawling my eyes out, staring at the screen :( Poor Arthur...he deserved a happy ending...
He died happy with his wish to watch the sun rise facing east
And you see that beautiful buck and a warm golden aura if you are a good man
R.I.P Arthur Morgan the best man
Arthur really touched our hearts, I’ll remember him as a good thief
Goodbye mr.Morgan
one of the greatest video game characters of all time
this is beautiful rockstar should see this
It's a bit ridiculous and amazing how much we can love a character who does not exist. Arthur's character was written so well, you can only develop feeling.
What scares me is when we reach this level of storytelling on VR, well have to look into the eyes of a character we love and actually see them die as if it were real. RIP Arthur
A much needed cry for the man I always tried to be. Thank you for this.
This is the best tribute on youtube
That standoff on top of the mountain was perhaps the most desperate but the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.
Would have been great if Rockstar did get to use this soundtrack. This song was used perfectly in the Western "Pat Garret and Billy the Kid"
That's what it was originally written for wasn't it?
@@theAngryscotman yup during the random lawman who got shot and dying while his Injun wife look at him
Hanferd yeah the Bob Dylan version. Not this shit
Thank you Arthur, since 2018 you've changed my life...i even named my son in honor of you. Best character in video game history... ❤
This is the beat video I've ever watched and Arthur Morgan is the best protagonist in a video game or piece of media ever in my opinion and this game is a genuine masterpiece it's more than a game it's art and I wish more people could experience it
This is a beautiful edit. Thank you for making it. I didn’t set out to cry a whole lot today, but here we are
Thanks for watching ❤
When Arthur said: "I'm afraid" and "I tried" it broke me. Literally broke me
Arthur will always be remembered he's one of my most favorite game characters cause he knows he a bad guy but he still helps the people in need
Arthur is an example telling us we can live bad lives and feel like bad men, but in reality we are not we just have to be willing to do the right thing.
The story is perfect everything, every detail just perfect. There is nothing I would want to change.
Beautiful...
thanks for watching:)
Truly amazing! One can only hope that Roger Clark comes across this video.
The video put me in tears Arthur was the most emotional character ever and I treated him as if he were real like my brother
You got me right in the feels
thanks for being here:) means a lot:)
I keep watching this knowing it will make me cry
Friend Started the game, I watched him play through a majority of the missions.
Couldn't wait to see his reaction he was wrapped around this game and character.
He was DEVASTATED people kept saying something terrible happens.
* What made this game so sad to me is that ARTHUR actually believed he was a bad man as he was dieng. No matter what he was doing nice he couldnt see past all the bad he had done.
SUPER SAD, BUT SUPER GREAT GAME
Man Arthur was one of a kind. Thank you Rockstar for one hell of a ride. Long live Red Dead 2
Fabulous ..Fabulous ..Fabulous 😭
The "I'm afraid" line gets me everytime
Thank you for this beautiful video, we don’t deserve it. ❤️
It was my pleasure:) thanks for watching:)
Makes me cry ever time I see his face when he says "I guess...I'm afraid"
Alright dude, so I have been looking at a few tributes for RDR2 Arthur, did not really find one that had the clips I would use, but you, YOU did it, I loved this one, it gave me goosebumps as well, good job my dude, good job.
Don’t think I have ever felt sad about the los of a game character before. Amazing game and an amazing character to play with
"You're a good man, Mr. Morgan "
This video captures everything so perfectly. I bet I've watched it 50 times, and it brings tears every time. Its actually something I turn to in a time of need, like a favorite song, which is why I'm hear now. Thank you for this.
Thanks for watching:)
Legends never die!💔
R.I.P Arthur😭
R.I.P Jonh😭
Arthur Morgan... The best man I never knew ..
With all the stuff i had Arthur doing before he passed i believe he earned his entry back when he showed true remorse and compassion towards people.
I was anxious for years that this game didn't come out quick enough but those years of waiting couldn't not have prepared me for this
Rest in peace Arthur Morgan your always be my favorite character
I learned so much from a man who never existed...
Thank You
If I wouldn't have this game I would probably kill myself. Everything is fucjed up
@@Fobmob-bo1pg Yeah im here for you man

"Your a good man" "Your The Best Ive Ever Known" "There is a good man in you" "Whenever I See you You Are Helping People And Smiling" Rest In Peace Arthur Morgan
I’ve watched this everyday for like a week. This is the Tribute for Arthur video , I dont know why but it feels like the best one.
Yeah absolutely you are right
This song actually fits Morgan's character and story so much, i got emotional
Who would have thought that Arthur Morgan would have stolen our own hearts? ❤️❤️❤️
We all now this game but they are make us to believe this is not just game this is got everything 😞😞😞
this video came out a couple years ago but i still revisit it, it brings back the memories of fun i had with people on red dead but also speaks deeper to the soul of people and displaying arthur was a bad man, but also the one you could always count on to do the right thing in the end
Made me want to cry
Damn it! That feeling comes again......
Fantastic edits. Well done
thank you so much for watching:) means a lot:)
I’m 99.9% sure I’m 500k of these views - this never fails to break my heart. It’s amazing
New favorite video, thanks to make this, you make me cry a lot
These tribute videos show just how much this fictional character has touched our hearts.
Beautiful man good job
"He found me at my lowest point, and he liftet me up" - Awesome Character! Well done Rock* Games!
