Excellent video. The only one I've found that not only points out everything, but explains what it is and why it is there. Thank you!

Wonderful videos! Needless to say your mention of REP at the very start (2min!) got me stuck messing about with plugins all morning; but now I have REP for my Cessna Skyhawk, FSEconomy, Active Sky XP, SimBuddy, Pilot Edge, and much more installed! I never knew about plugins until watching your video. This takes flying in the simulator to an entirely different level. I'm starting my training to get my private pilots license in the USA, and having all of these mods along with my peripherals is going to make this a far more rewarding experience when I can't get to the airfield to actually fly. Thank you so much for these videos. I know you said you thought they were too long, but they are very interesting for someone who is just starting out!
    Keep up the awesome work!

I was wondering, when you were checking if the warning lights functioned properly. There was a smaller panel on the left of the warning panel that lighted up as well. What is that panel used for ?

Did you mean the nav/gps button? That button switches the top CDI (more words, it's the top right circular gauge) from displaying radio nav info or gps nav info.

Hi I would like to follow your learning to fly tutorials. First question how do I start with my plane in the same config as yours? That is parked with all the tie downs fitted. I know how to get it to start at the required airport. But how do you start at that position in the airport?

I'm using the reality expansion pack. The plane is loaded in the same config as you left it the last time, so if you set the tiedoens in the walkaround, they will be there the next time you start up the sim. For the location there should be a configure button in the top right of the screen where you select a plane, near the box where you type in a location.
