Hello my friends, I hope you will enjoy this new review of LederEasel. Very interesting easel.. or canvas and palette holder. I definitely going to use it. Let me know what do you think. Enjoy!
I have used the easel for years and love it! I really researched and found the best option for me and it’s super affordable which was something I also needed. I use the masterson palette box with it. It takes a panel or stretched canvas.
Yes, it is finally done and ready to be released to the artists. For now I have only several units in stock and very shortly I will announce it. I came up with some other changes but decided to release it anyway and work on upgrading it later on
I haven’t had an issue with interference. I’m 5’9” though, but the versatility of using one or both masts should accommodate your needs. Depending upon your surface height, at any rate.
Good question... I will let other people or Ed to answer. I was painting on very windy day in Easton and my palette was not moving at all... and my palette is not that heavy.
I’ve affixed some 3/4 in. PVC conduit clamps to the bottom of my palette that slide over the palette holder bars. The additional o-rings help secure that modification.

love the BALANCED design.
if the pivot point is at the end, then it is by design unstable.
Glad to see this pivot point is at the centre.
I ordered one today and I'm excited to get it! It's already shipped too :)

Just got my leder easel the other day and I think it’s fantastic. Good review Vlad .
Hi Do you have any good plein air easel to sell which you are not using?
Just a flat piece of plywood layed across it...long enuff for a pallet and room for brushes n cup.
For the hook problem, could you not just sit the canvas back being held by the wooden bars if it's adjusted snugly?
Yes, you could
Is it possible with this easel (and other tripod mounted easels) to tilt it ever so slightly forward to avoid glare?
Unfortunately no
I didn't know your easel was finished. Is there a video about it. Is it for sale. How much does it weigh.

It is almost ready. I’m working on the video presentation of this easel
Does the length of the panel holder interfere with the pallet holder? I’m 5’6”

What secures the palette to the palette holder in a windy situation?
