Just like the rest of Florida with run-down houses. Always have a backup place to flee to and stay when the hurricanes come every summer. That gets disruptive and expensive.

if you take card sound road make sure its low tide ha ha ha
Does it ever get flooded??? Lived in sofla and driven card sound maybe 50+ times and I’ve never seen it under water. But now I’d like to 🤠
