It's "just" a panic attack is such a familiar phrase. Panic disorder is real and those of us with it deserve compassion and patience. Bless you for bringing this culturally-accepted gaslighting to words.

I've always liked this poem. Even though I don't remember having a intense pannick attack. Maybe I've never had one. My body having mercy at least to some degree. Despite all the horrible weeks filled with pain because it can't get growing a spine right.
I don't know if this is an old video. But if it's new its great to see you looking like treatments are working. I'd say I'll pray for you, but I don't believe in God. And she hates me for it. Finds my answer to life's questions to be so unlike what she created. So me praying for you, that might backfire. God has always loved guilt by association. But I'll help you hope for recovery. For more years here to love, especially you who loves in so any ways that it even touches people who will never meet you. But feel love for the reader in your poems when read. And hear it when recited.

You found me in the stretcher in emergency for a suspected heart attack...the junior doctor throwing questions i couldn't even start to juggle after a quick breath she stated your heartrate is rising. What's wrong and i told her quietly: I'm panicking. No more shame. She turned around without a word and left me and you alone...
