Sym might be bad, but I still am playing the hell out of her. I always wanted to see her go back to a support because she is most fun when setting something up for her team but in the main game the other dps always outshine her… but she would bring value with TP and Turrets as a support.
Tbh I mostly disagree, the most with Dva and Lucio. You are the 1st one who I saw ranking Dva Higher than D (if there even was an E or F tier) She really is unplayable
I think you can 100% play her but you have to be super passive and just completely peel, idk, to be honest there was basically no match making, we kept in track of the general ranks and it was all over the place so obviously this is just my own experience, matrix felt terrible to use but you could make her work on maps like Numbani+Hanamura, good high ground and rotations to survive was key rather than reliance on matrix and then use matrix to just do a big engage with your main tank or an ulting DPS

@@AbbyAZK your fireing a shot gun at range and flying at her and hitting her doesn't do jack shit when old pharah can just stay in the air not to mention dva moves soo slow when firing that you can't keep up with a pharah and do damage what does Timeing have to do with any of this
The way I see it is exactly what you said, that almost everything in the game is broken so really nothing is broken. It's okay if Mei can freeze cause genji has insane mobility and 8 seconds dragon blade. It's okay that hog can one shot because mercy can mass res etc. This is what makes the game fun. Just let characters be off the leash.
28 damage shurikens on 200 HP :) I'll still argue it has to be higher in the "everyone is a tank" era. One thing I predicted is that higher damage + slower RoF is better for both the Genji and the enemy player. The matchups feel more fair. The shorter duration Deflect is great too, and I never liked it being as long as it currently is. Genji should not be a spammer like he is in 5v5. I want to see a similar Genji to Classic come back.
@AbbyOW2 Yeah, like I did XD. I just really don't like the higher RoF fans, and I also think that's the main reason they won't buff his damage. He was absolutely *fine* with the slower RoF and higher damage. I don't understand why they won't turn the right knobes for this guy. It must be in consideration of low ranks.

@AbbyOW2 I believe the higher RoF is consistent with my argument that they balanced him with that consideration. They made him easier to play (more damage consistent), but less impactful, throwing off his effort/impact ratio. I absolutely hate this. Exactly the same thing they wanted Hanzo to be, and failed at, forcing a revert(ish).
man I love how blade actually feels like an ultimate ability in classic. Also being able to punish supports and tanks that make mistakes since they dont have every get out of jail free card like 5v5. Also I actually get ult charge from shooting tank.
@ not even the duration. I mean it actually does respectable damage compared to healing output. Also there is no suzu, lamp, grip, etc to bail people out. I still find it ridiculous how genji’s ult is a MELEE ULT that does the same damage as several other heroes NORMAL RANGED ATTACK

I feel like heroes like him, echo etc got the short end of the stick with the season 9 changes. for them hitboxes don’t matter much since their man combo is very close, but the health increase hurt their breakpoints severely. Meanwhile it benefits heroes like ashe and cass so much as it is easier for them to hit the genji so he can’t even engage to do his damage. Hitscan bias is crazy and so blatant yet not many people speak of it. Also reducing the skill ceiling and bringing up the floor which reduces player agency and solo carry potential especially as a dps.
@@ravishekchand2699 every game should have hits can bias with exception to honzo and widow. Hitscan takes way more skill than projectile. And if it were up to most hits can players they would revert season 9 changes
I honestly thought I wouldn't enjoy junk and would only play him for 1 or 2 games, but I ended up enjoying myself with him, even if he obviously feels clunky. It also made me apreciate the long way junkrat has gone since the launch of ow
Without all the quality of life buff to dva offensive output, you can't really pull off her methodical dive playstyle, and without the dm rework, it's impossible to do the defensive dm backpack playstyle. So launch dva kinda default to awkwardly being around not really doing much while trying not to be a huge ult battery. Makes you appreciate how they fixed her overtime, cause being perma meta and unfun to fight is preferable to having a flawed gameplay loop.
question, how did u have a good experience playing dva? did u record it? cause i would love to see that gameplay cause classic dva was litteraly the worst most unplayable hero in the games history
Reaper is good if the enemy isn’t going high hitscan/pharah/6 man torbs comps. He is good though against most of the game’s tanks which makes me hate playing him in current ow2 because he just does so much less even when he was great last season (he doesn’t have to be enabled to get value in OWC but does in OW2)
The opinion that D.va is unplayable just shows how people get bad habits from ow2, in ow2 going 1v5 as tank is actually a right way to play, when in ow1 you had to think about every engage, I predict a lot of complaints from tank players in 6v6 tests, because a lot of them got used to be invincible
no dva is unplayable, literally every other tank is playable except dva. forget 1v5, u'd be lucky to win a 1v1. its legitimately easier to kill people without the mech than with the mech
I’ve never played widow much before this mode. She is really fun to play but is way too good. Did she used to have a bigger bullet? Cause I’m hitting way more shots than whenever I do try to play her in OW2
You’re a lunatic for putting DVA over Soldier, Jack’s DPS is bad but he still has good utility and burst, definitely nowhere near as bad as Ms. can’tdoanythingatankshouldbedoing. Lucio in S is based though, terrible healing(unless there’s multiple) but speedboost and sound barrier is too valuable, I’m pretty sure speedboost used to be wayyy stronger passively too, people just undervalue him cause he feels HORRIBLE to play
The tierlist isn't comparing the heroes to one another dude, its just from a general POV, there is also 0 match making, I'm playing the hero VS bronzes/silver/gold whilst being a GM peak on tank, playing with other diamond+ friends, I can still roll them with my four stack like this, its why to me the hero was fine, dw about it, it literally isn't that deep, I already agree in a Solo Q environment she would feel worse for sure and yeah agree on lucio for sure, his speedboost was at 50% at this point I think
Hahaha no no, I played the game mode with my friends and I played a very passive Dva, adjusting to that cooldown and saw success with her, I dont mind sharing some of that footage in my upcoming videos from scrims if i am allowed to but that was more of a team environment rather than solo Q, i agree in Solo Q she is garbo tier
I explained my reasonings, it was perhaps more because I played with a six stack, played a lot safer and didn't have to force aggro due to the comps we played and just played baby sitter, I can understand from solo Q POV on why she'd be terrible otherwise

No, its placebo but what she does have is 150DPS on body shot which is very scary!
Genji is going to be busted when Ana comes out.
funnily enough, reaper actually replaced him during beyblade meta, Genji was the go to hero at first but then reaper was much more consistent

The only thing holding Genji back right now is that he is really clunky. Idk if it is intended or just a bug, but it hinders his gameplay either way.
