When I wondered where you were I whispered a wish that you were out experiencing RL (real life) in deep and meaningful ways, in which case all the better that we hadn’t heard from you. Couple comments: re devotion-note it appears to be a WIP (14/18), so I put it on my watch/wait list. Super excited for you on many of these, particularly ATYD and P&P. I’ve noticed many references to picture of Dorian grey in HP world fanfics, maybe more in drarry and/or wolfstar fics? Don’t remember where, just that I’ve seen it here and there, thought about picking it up myself. I’m still having so much fun playing in the fanfic sandbox I have hardly read any original literature for a couple years, so kudos to you for aspiring to keep things balanced. I did put one original fic on my list-galaplacidia is, in my opinion, the best author in HP fandom, but as she only writes drarry, you probably haven’t come across her. However, she recently published an original fic that I’ve added to my list & I have high hopes for it: In Memoriam by Alice Winn. (For anyone curious, gallaplacidia’s work was all removed from ao3 last fall, I assume it must have been a requirement of her publisher? Anyhow, her works are still easily found as pdfs on the internet and she also has them as author-read podfic files that can easily be found so her works have not yet disappeared.) Last thing-you mentioned one fic (I think project 137-43.m.d.?) reminded you of something by nelpher, but I didn’t catch the fic name? As to ideas for future vids, one thing I would be interested in is an invite for your viewers to post their “must reads” lists. So that wouldn’t necessarily be video content itself but a suggestion for a topic for interaction in the comments.
