Originally the Sheats residence as the house was completed by American architect John Lautner in 1963 for Helen & Paul Sheats, all Lautner houses are named after the commissonners/first owners. This house was bought by Goldstein in 1972, and from 1979 up until Lautner's death in 1994 Goldstein worked with the architect to renovate and update the house according to Lautner's vision... withstanding the test of time!
This video tells more about the history of the house, it gives also a full description about the design and layout : ua-cam.com/video/hN4Efbf6Gys/v-deo.html ,

I feel like I've seen the interior of this house on Charlie's Angels 2 Full Throttle. I think it was the character, Alex's (played by Lucy Liu) house.
SJ Reynolds also used in Doja Cats music vid for “say so”
Nice Crib!

So where the house? I mean all you did was show the grounds. Not impressed.
He was sitting in the house at the beginning. Maybe do some research on the sheats/Goldstein house. You have no idea what you're looking at.
