To our beautiful and loved TCCN Community! Thank you so much for all the loving comments and blessings. We are walking by faith on this Earth and trusting that our dreams align with God’s plan for our little family. I can’t find the words to express my gratitude for all the love we receive daily from all of you! Many of you were expecting for us to announce baby news but it feels more like quintuplets with this project 😁 God will provide for this business so we can serve so many of you. Yireh 🙌🏼🙏🏼
We have been where you are going. It was difficult and lots of hard work, but so worthwhile. We have retired now but still own the workshop which is now leased to another business. It’s still rewarding both financially and personally. We wish the same for you.

Congratulations Ahmed and Ms. Car Care! I’ve been a Toyota customer for over 40 years and a huge fan of yours ever since you started “The Car Care Nut” show. I think you’ll be turning your new 4,000 sq ft bay into a 40,000 sq. ft. bay real soon. Get ready for a big success, because you have many fans like myself that stand ready to entrust our Toyota cars with you and your new company in the Chicagoland area. I wish you the best of luck and look forward to our first service appointment. Godspeed.

There's been many highs and lows since then ... and what a journey it has been! My thoughts and prayers are with your family! Again, congratulations & wishing you the best of luck!
Well done Ahmed. I’m excited for you. Good luck with it all, hope all goes OK. The Toyota dealer I go to has a glass wall between the reception area and the workshop so customers can see how clean, tidy and well organised the workshop is. They can also see their own vehicle being worked on. It’s a cool feature for the dealer to show honesty; there’s no hidden, funny goings on! It might be something for you to consider in time. Congratulations Car Care Nut! I discovered your videos a few weeks ago when I started researching the Prius, and now I'm hooked! Very reluctantly giving up my beloved 2012 RAV4, for the gas economy of a used Prius. I'm on the hunt. Used hybrids really, really scare me and you've helped so much! How lucky that I'm only an hour and a half from Chicago. If I drive into your shop someday, be prepared for me to ask for your autograph, or a great big hug. You're the coolest. Good luck. Boy, you caught me off guard AMD! I'm almost as excited as you are. So happy for you and your family. I see nothing but success in this new venture as it takes guts and determination and a passion not only for the love of cars but also your deep desire to help ordinary folks like me try to navigate through this crazy complex automobile industry. I followed you from the beginning and I share to everyone I know your channel. Soon a half a million will be watching
Congratulations AMD! Very happy to see you going to the next level and making your dreams come true. I am sure that your business will be a BIG SUCESS because you are not just a GOOD MECHANIC with lots of experience but most important of all you are HONEST and REALLY TAKE GOOD CARE of the cars you work on as if it is your own. Can't wait for the next videos in your new shop for more tips, knowledge, DIY, etc you will impart to the community going forward! God bless you!
SUPER CONGRATS! best advice I could give. "grow as you go" keep your costs as low as possible and build, buy and expand as time goes on! Best of luck to you.
I have no doubt that it's alot of work to turn this project into a professional level facility, but with a professional like you it's possible and more. Nothing beats the feeling of sucess and I wish you the best of luck. You deserve it and may God bless you and your family.
Congratulations! Keep up the good work. You are giving the automotive repair business a much needed dose of honesty and integrity. A great example of the power of the internet and UA-cam to do good. We need more people like you. Thanks and good luck!
Congratulations to you and your family. My wife and I opened an auto repair shop 35 years ago, it was scary, it took all our money, but in the end it was the best thing we could have ever done. There were many things that came out good that we could have never imagined. Hundreds of friends, employees, business opportunities and never having to lie to the customer, ever. When we got in a grey area, we could decide to give the customer the benefit of the doubt if we wanted to. You are doing the best thing for your family!

I wish you all the best and I hope all goes smoothly to get it up and running. I can’t wait to see the progress and the Grand Opening. Jim
Congratulations. I am very happy for you. You have all of the key ingredients for SUCCESS: Professional mechanic knowledge & experience, tremendous work ethics and high morals, superb customer services. I can foresee this shop will be a huge success and your UA-cam channel will be exploding. You will achieve 1 millions subscribers SHORTLY. As I have said before many times, if I live in your area, you would be the only mechanic that I would want to service my 2004 Lexus LS 430. Thank you & wish you great success in the years to come.
As a licensed electrician in Tampa, I would recommend 3-phase A/C units. Also, insulate the roof above your bar joists, it'll pay off with lowering your energy costs over time. Congratulations and good luck! 😃
Congratulations brother!! Very excited to see all the eventual new content in the new shop!! Very happy for you and your family. God bless you, may the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace.

AMD, I am *thrilled* for you. I have so much respect for your work ethic and integrity. My wish is that you are wildly successful and are able to franchise this model so that you can open one in NH. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Congratulations!
Congratulations on the new chapter in you and your family's life! You're wise to buy the building, rather than rent. (Several prominent UA-cam mechanics have recently deactivated their channel because they lost their leases. Another came close. And I know, even before the pandemic that long-beloved businesses have closed up in Chicago because the "rent was too damn high." In particular, when I was in the Chicago area for an extended period in 2019 - six months - it was disheartening to find out that The Heartland Cafe in Rogers Park lost its lease [the building was demolished by the new owner] and had to close. You control your business's fate by owning the building). I had more-or-less figured out (at least to my mind) that this was the next step, hence the questions in the last Saturday Q&A about reduced income from dealership work (given the inability to complete repairs, due to the supply chain shortage of parts), even as the same dealership raised labor rates, but do not share a percentage of the increase with technicians and others who "do the work." At the same time, Toyota has announced their goal of supplying dealers, as part of "the new normal," only 30 days of inventory, as the new target standard. That will drive prices up (by reducing supply), creating even more customers with older vehicles that require extensive and often unavailable parts. So, from where I stood, the proverbial "writing was on the wall," with technicians financially squeezed in an environment where shop personnel would be under increased pressure to "do more with less." The alternative was always creating an independent shop, IMHO. One of the more curious things to me, given that the new independent shop is to be a Toyota/Scion/Lexus facility is the emphasis on other brands in the Remix channel. How does the content of that channel fit into your plans? Again, congratulations. Controlling the environment (and values) of your own shop will be a rewarding experience, for all of us, who learn from you.
This is amazing news. I knew that you would find a way to have an even bigger impact on the automotive community, and this is exactly it. Very excited for what’s to come, and I wish all the best for you and your family. This is what you’re here on this earth to do.

Hell yeah Ahmed. I am so happy for you brother. Your proof that hard work and honesty pays off. I have no doubt that you and your family will be successful with your business. Looking forward to seeing how it pans out for you.
I am so happy for you and will say a prayer for you and your family's success. I'm certain that you have thought of this but I hope you have a good long lease with your lawyers blessing.
Congratulations, all your hard work has finally paid off! I once had the same dream that you have made come true. My hesitation came from doing the math of profits vs. expenses. I totaled the monthly amount of money I would need for inventory, salaries, utilities, loan/lease payments, taxes, insurance, etc. I then took that amount & divided it by the number of days the shop would be open, then calculate on a hourly basis how much I would need to make to cover those monthly expenses. If I didn't make that amount of money for each day I would then have to make it up on another day. In the automotive repair business you cannot guarantee a fixed amount of profit each day because it depends on what kinds of jobs come in, as well as the amount of customers that come in on any given day. Since time is money in the automotive repair business (& only two lifts) it is better to focus on the midlevel jobs & not the ones that tie up a bay for extended periods. Since you have already worked in a shop or two you already know how it works. Just remember the boss seldom gets to take a vacation because when the cat's away the mice will play - instead of work! Good luck with your new endeavor! Since you are willing to share your automotive knowledge with others so generously I know you will make it a successful business.
Congratulations AMD! I wish you and your family great success. Your knowledge as a master mechanic along with your character, integrity, and work ethic makes you a diamond in the ruff. You are truly blessed. You are helping so many people who watch your channel. I look forward to all your upcoming videos. Joe Neupauer
I am very happy and pleased to see you are opening your own shop. Your honesty is the key to your success and I am very inspired by the fact that you like your viewers to see/know everything clearly! Well done! Transparency is a quality which you don't often see in many businesses but you have shown that you value such quality. Although I do not live in the states but I always watch your videos. My top priority to go to any shop would be the trustworthiness of the staff working there. I will make a visit to your shop when I come to the US in the future. May the lord keep you safe.
Congratulations AMD and your good wife! With new cars being scarce and used cars so artificially high in price people are going to keep their cars longer and need them repaired so this seems like a good time for a honest and knowledgeable automotive shop to open. I’m a Toyota owner and wish I had someone like you to take care of my cars. God bless you and your families endeavor!
Congratulations! I made a similar decision 27 years ago when I opened my own small business so I know what a big step it represents. But it's worth it! I just retired 2 years ago and looking back now I can honestly say that I stayed true to my original concept, provided the high quality services I committed to providing my clients, and made enough money to support myself and my wife. I'vebeen watching yourvideos for a long time and have benefited greatly! I have not the slightest doubt that you will be successful!

Congratulations! Your faith, hard work and honesty has brought you to this point. With the support of your wonderful wife, great things are ahead.
Fabulous! Congrats!
I wish you lots of prosperity in your new place.🤞
I have no doubt that it's alot of work to turn this project into a professional level facility, but with a professional like you it's possible and more. Nothing beats the feeling of sucess and I wish you the best of luck. You deserve it and may God bless you and your family.
Congratulations! Keep up the good work. You are giving the automotive repair business a much needed dose of honesty and integrity. A great example of the power of the internet and UA-cam to do good. We need more people like you. Thanks and good luck!
Excited for you, brother! Yours is one of the best car channels, hands down! I look forward to each video and will continue to follow! God bless!
i wish your shop was near my place.
I wish you would start selling Toyotas.Love your channel !!
I wish you the best of luck. I'm really proud of you and Mrs Car Care Nut . Love your content you put out here on youtube. Can't wait to see your workshop come alive. You are an inspiration to mechanics like myself. Looking forward seeing you and your channel and business grow. Your Fan Dan =)
Congratulations! I can't wait to see it open. You will bring a lot to the car repair industry. With your attitude you will be successful.
My most sincere congratulations for this important step for you and your family, I sincerely hope that you continue to succeed and most importantly that God and your family always accompany you
im BEYOND excited for you!
SO pleased for you and the family. The adventure begins! Looking forward to seeing you there with the old Lexus :)
Congrats to you! I’ve been with you since 200 subs or so. So glad to see your success AMD, I extremely proud of you and yours
YEAH!!! WAY TO GO AMD!!!! Gutsy move at this time, but YOU GOT THIS!!!! CONGRATS AMD, you've earned it! I'm sure Mrs. AMD and the family are extremely proud! Here's wishing you all the best on this new journey! 🎉🎊🎉🎊
Excellent channel. Very informative. Thanks.
Good Luck!
I’m so HAPPY for you AMD! This is going to be so amazing! And, happy for “Mrs. Car Care Nut” too! She does an amazing job too. We can’t forget her BIG contribution to the channel also. I wish you all the best and I hope all goes smoothly to get it up and running. I can’t wait to see the progress and the Grand Opening. Jim
Congrats AMD! I hope someday I will be able
to get my Toyotas serviced by your shop
If this was near me I’ll for sure go there to do future repairs on my Lexus.
Congratulation can't wait for future videos.
HUGE CONGRATS!!! I've never seen you smile so much and so wide! Very well deserved!!! I wish you all the best in your new journey!!!
Congratulations sr
GREAT!!! CONGRAXT!!
Congratulations brother!! Very excited to see all the eventual new content in the new shop!! Very happy for you and your family. God bless you, may the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace.

Brought a tear of joy watching your excitement. Wishing you, and your family, EVERY SUCCESS, with all the love and support from your family. God Bless.
Congratulations on the shop!!
Hopefully the Lord blesses your shop with good people and values! May you grow to 2 or 3 more shops within 10 yrs!
CONGRATULATIONS! I am sure you will do well. Just don't let success take you over but remember where your blessing have come from! Thank you!

Hell yeah Ahmed. I am so happy for you brother. Your proof that hard work and honesty pays off. I have no doubt that you and your family will be successful with your business. Looking forward to seeing how it pans out for you.
Congratulations to you and your family!! You have a terrific attitude and I hope and pray for your success!

Best of luck.
God bless.
Congratulations! I'm so happy for you! You've earned this!
Congratulations AMD! I wish you and your family great success. Your knowledge as a master mechanic along with your character, integrity, and work ethic makes you a diamond in the ruff. You are truly blessed. You are helping so many people who watch your channel. I look forward to all your upcoming videos.

Happy for you. Wish you all the best on your new adventure!
Great luck in a blue state, you'll need it!
Thank you! A bit late but congratulations on your retirement
Location!!!! I can't wait congrats!! If you put God first you will never be last..
Amen!
Brings tears to my eyes...if anybody deserves happiness and success God knows it's you! Being one of the few females that love working on my car, I turn to you for advice, guidance, and knowledge since my Daddy passed. I can't explain to you how much you mean to me! I can't wait to make the drive to Chicago from Alabama to meet you!! I want a bumper to bumper inspection done on my beloved Sienna! Congratulations on achieving your dreams! I wish you and your family nothing but utter joy! Way to go my friend!!
Thanks for you kind words and for sharing your story! We can’t wait to meet you. Blessings
Congratulations, I remember how I felt when I opened my garage and MOT shop over 20 years ago, yes it's very expensive to do and maintain all the equipment to a high standard but it is very well worth it.
First couple of years can be a bit tough as expenditure is high but once you gain a good strong customer base things will be good.
Very best wishes Ahmed, you have workedlong and hard and deserve much success.
God is so good!! I can’t verbalize how excited I am for you brother you deserve it you have worked so hard. I look forward to when you get operations going I’ll be one of your early customers was a lot of work on my Corolla. Will come to you from Indianapolis!!!! And may the Lord bless you and keep you and prosper you and your family.
