I love the speed car and how it’s designed, a sport sxs with a truck bed and tailgate to me is the best of both worlds and what I’ve always wanted in a sxs, a mix of sport and utility, that being said the way he carries himself makes me not ever want to buy a speed car. About 20 years ago after I worked at Sway-A-Way I was going to go work for Bob/Robby Gordon to make internal bypass shocks. Basically the same thing that Fox is selling now. Robby had been making those years before for his TT. Come to find out Fox shox/ John Marking had patented it and sent them a cease-and-desist. Of course, Bob /Robby claim they invented them, but wasn’t worth the fight to revoke their patent based on prior art.

Best to get a patent attorney and have them review the claims if you do plan to sell. This video is far more slanderus than anythng you have shown he has said. You missed the point of this video, I have uncovered what they are truly doing which is abusing the patent system by intentionally ignoring prior disclosures with filings and using that as a backbone to market products and extort others in the industry.
