man, I've been practicing the lead leg calf kick since Stephen did the video on it but I still can't calf kick anywhere close to as fast or consistently as these guys do a high kick.
Lean against a wall with one hand a lift your leg away from the wall. Do twenty side, round, front, hook and axe kicks and then put your leg down and rest
If you guys want to throw like snap kicks that's right shoot it and put right back but if the kick is like muay thai kick we should throw it like chopping a body and you you're doing the right thing if you kicked and missed you should turn all away

That’s the goal of that kick, to have it land with KO power but use very little effort to throw it.
