I definitely love these videos . I love when real doctors come forward and show alternatives. There are way too many quacks out there misleading people.
Thank you for being open minded
I thought that the black pepper helped with absorption of turmeric.
That’s what I thought too.
Totally true
Me too
It does. Why wouldnt it?
Hi there! Yes black pepper does help with absorption but because some people have sensitivities to peppers we recommend finding a turmeric supplement with quercetin to help with absorption 😊 - Team Dr. Janine
Love this quick lesson, Thank You!
Thank You beautiful Doctor 😊
Very informative, thank You Doctor!
Thank you❤
Thanks 4 ur info about top 5 suplement for arthritis
Collagen healed my hip that needed replacement.

Your knowledge is much appreciated
🗣️ Nettles, MSM too.
I have Nettle tincture and Nettle tea. Is most nutritive dense plant on planet good for everything
Osteo arthritis- Boron! Usually a lack of that mineral. Worked for me!
How much do you take? I’ve tried 6 mg.
Wow, interesting. I’d never heard of Boron for it. I have osteoarthritis as well and I know glucosamine/chondroitin helps me. I take Boswellia as well. I’m not sure if the Boswellia has helped my hip, but it sure helped me to bleed less during my period. It seems to have righted things somewhat. 😅
Boron is AMAZING! Just before I turned 60 years old, I all of a sudden developed left knee and right hip pains.
So for 2 weeks I couldn’t sleep/stand/sit or walk for any length of time because the pain was so severe.
I really thought it would would get better- it didn’t. So I was going to make an appointment with a medical doctor the following morning. I thought I would at least check out on the computer what I might possibly have that is causing these pains.
Well my research kept coming up with “Boron”. So I rushed out and bought some. Several hours later 80 percent of my pains were GONE!!!
The following morning and the second pill (and a few hours later) my pains were 100 percent COMPLETELY gone!!!
I now take (1) Boron 3mg daily with no side effects whatsoever. I read on the bottle that you can safely take up to 9mg daily.
I still just only need 3mg of Boron daily.
I hope this information helps someone ❤.
Boswellia in form of akba 75 per cent is power for inflammation special in autoimmune.
Collagen definitely helps with the symptoms, also MSM and Chondrotin
Thank You beautiful Doctor ❤
Thanks for that screenshot, Dr.
Could you please write them in the board and step to the side when you are finished with the list. That will give us a chance to screen shot that. Just step to the side finish talking so we can see the whole list. Just a little constructive criticism.
What happened to Boron?
Great videos!
I have an advanced degree in a top 10 US university (just to say that research is something I understand). I just devoted half an hour going through meta analysis (studies of studies) about these two substances. The conclusion is unequivocal THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT Glucosamine or Chondrolmine WORKS AT ALL.
Did you say to eat turmeric without pepper?
How does the Turmeric absorb without black pepper and a good fat?
are all these safe for my senior dog ?
I had early stage arthritis in my hip. I started taking Boswellia for another condition, then realised the pain in my hip was gone. It hasn’t come back after some months even though I’ve stopped taking the Boswellia.
I used blackseed oil for 2 weeks....a teaspoon per night.....it's used also for the bladed men to regenerate hiar growth.....found in King TuT tomb In 1947
So eat the turmeric pineapple and fish I love all of these! No wonder I feel better in fact I just had pineapple 😂😂😂🍍
I'm impressed with the quality of Vitatree whole food vitamins. They're potent and efficient, and I can tell the difference when I take them. And I trust the brand because it's recommended by my favorite naturopath, Dr. Janine Bowring.
Thank you!
Good day Doc, can you share the dosage for the supplement that you mention, viewing from Philippines God Bless ❤
Can we pick one of these?? Or it has to be all of them?
Thank-You❤
Doc... I have ankylosing spondylitis last 5yrs dose it work for me ?
Chondroiton and glucosamine have been studied at length and found to have no benefit to the joints.
This could be correct. Many people are buying these supplements and probably wasting their money.
Most certainly did NOT work for me.
Right. Makes me question the entire list.
What is your suggestion please, I have a popping knee
@@marissasofia6286 I would try to schedule some physical therapy.
Bravo also msm , ginger ,glucosamine not for long period ,take and then stop and so on.👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰
Thank for shareing.
Does Vita Tree make a supplement with these ingredients?
MCHA is something that can help too. I’m on some as well as glucosamine/chondroitin (helps me a lot) and Boswellia (helps me in some way definitely).
I have a serious sea food and fish allergy, is it safe to take omega 3 ?
Why no bioperine? Black pepper?
No mention of Boswellia. I already take cod liver oil and have now for weeks. Tried tumeric with Pepperdine and ended up with kidney stones so now just looking for something that will work. Glucosamine did nothing.
Literally says boswelia in the video 😂
I love your videos can you do on which vitamins or supplements women should take everyday?
Why turmeric without pepper?
Hi! Although black pepper does help with absorption, because some people have sensitivities to peppers we recommend finding a turmeric supplement with quercetin to help with absorption instead😊 - Team Dr. Janine
Take most of them and yes they work...
THX.
I TAKE TUMERIC AND FISHNOIL PLUS CO Q 10
Very informative, Doctor! Just wanted to mention that gesturing “5” with the palm facing out/towards someone is seen as disrespectful in some cultures and was initially off-putting, although I’m sure unintentionally done. I’d suggest gesturing “5” with your palm towards you to avoid that misunderstanding in the future! 😊 Ty for your recommendations! ✨
Thank u 💓
I can tell she a doctor the way she writes ✍
What about frankincense
Bosweilla is frankinsence
Hello mam can you suggest any best supplement which includes all these???
What about boron?
Love these videos!
Tumeric/curcumin gives me a rash.
Should we take all 5?
You are supposed to have Turmeric with back pepper to maximize absorption. Why are you saying without?
Thank You ..
You're welcome! 😊
Here’s my top things to do for getting rid of arthritis.#1 avoid Oxalates in your diet, #2 stop seed oils in your diet, #3 stop sugar in your diet, #4 stop eating ultra processed foods in your diet. I did those things and I’m arthritis pain free
Definitely tumeric! I think Quercetin is quite good. I took Bromelain for about 3-4 months but didn’t think it as effective as turmeric.
Without pepper? What?!
I tried all these im ready to try peptides . A lot of jiont paim doing cardio
❤What about tart cherry
thanks
even cervical arthritis....??it gives me terrible headaches and upper back pains....should I take these supplements....??pls answer....
Hi how much mg in tumeric and omega 3 would you recommend
Favorite fish oil?
Wild Norwegian COD Liver oil.
and niacin and nikotinamid
Why would we consume Bromelain if its eat away at the joint? what am I missing? suffering from intense TMJD and no one will help.
Has anyone seen any benefit from taking these supplements? I’ve taken these for months, along with loads of other supplements, and I’ve not experienced any effect.
What is that thing you are writing on??
Without pepper??? Why ? Now what? 😅 black pepper helps with the absorption and bioavailability
Turmeric without Pepper? 👀🤔 Why? ... Pepper or capsaicin 🌶️ increases the bio-availability doesn't it ❔
Heating it like in a drink or soup 🍲 allows the body to use it... 💁🏻♀️🤔
Studies point towards glucosamine causing more inflammation.
Why Turmeric without pepper, if all I hear is in order for the body to absorb the curcumin is needs to be taken with pepper?
Bonjour, est-il possible de recevoir ces produits en Afrique (Guinée 🇬🇳) svp?
So you should get better results if u take all of them at the same time 😊
Oxalates in turmeric is tied to gout and arthritis
Really!
Prosím české titulky..., nerozumím Vám
If you have high blood pressure and you’re taking anticoagulants then stay away from tumeric because it acts like an anticoagulant
Dear doctor, FYI Turmeric cannot activate curcumin without pepper. This is not my POV but from ayurveda as well as Western docs who have researched on this. 2nd while advising on what to eat, you should also advise those who have a condition like diabetes to take pineapple with caution ⚠️.
Sigh.
You're saying diabetics are stupid?
@@djrdawg2 she said bromelain which is a supplement that comes from pineapple not the fruit itself lol
Yep . NAILED IT. I also take for muscle pain Hylands Arnica Montana 30x. Is homeopathic. Works and is non invasive
Where do you purchase your supplement from? I'd like to try.
@@YeshuaIsTheMostHigh I get my local health food store ot order it for me but if you Google it there will be places online to order it. I used to get some Hylands products at WalMart but haven't seen them recently
@@suzannefurman3957 thank you kindly!
Southpaw....
MSM isn’t on your list?
čem se zde mluví???🙄, neumím anglicky a nevím o čem paní mluví...
Except Turmeric all other items where to get ?
Amazon.
Swanson, puritan pride, piping rock, vitacost, Walmart, iherb , EBay etc
Boron?
Absolutely will not follow because of the very misleading black pepper statement. A few more words to explain your stance on that would have been Extremely helpful. Many of us have no problem with black pepper, and it does help with tumeric absorption.
Turmeric is hard on your kidneys
Oh my, I didn't know that. I was recently told I was in stage 3 kidney compromise. I've been taking turmeric almost daily. Sometimes capsules, other times straight turmeric juice.
@snowblo1 tumeric should be taken with pepper to activate curcumin. If you are taking fresh tumeric, maybe you could dilute with a bit of water or add ginger etc to make it better
@premasivasubramaniam6621 Yes, thank you so much for the reminder. I just took a swig of tumeric juice (straight tumeric) yesterday & totally forgot to add the shake of black pepper. I hope it's not doing any further damage to my kidneys because it really helps my back pain so much.
You forgot the most important Boron. She must work for big Pharma lol.
Curcumin needs black pepper to be absorbed
Take more and more pills 💊
I find it very difficult to understand what you're saying because you have a real bad Echo you need to go out and buy yourself some noise cancelling Mike or hang up some pictures with frames to get rid of the echo I like your show almost I know what you're saying but I think you need to research what you're talkin about a little bit more
I have cut out potato peppers and tomatoes from my diet and don’t have as much pain they belong to the
Nightshade family and cause inflammation
Can we pick one of these?? Or it has to be all of them?
Why turmeric without pepper?
