quick tip , if you put all the clips on the timeline and put main audio track on top and select all clips and audio and right click and hit synchronize audio and make sure to toggle first option then hit okay and should line all clips up perfectly to your main audio track

1:49 use easy way bro just select all clip stacking each of them then use synchronise option

have a look into exporting from pp to ae via „prores (422 for example)“
that’s an almost uncompressed, biiig file but it retains more information and is also a lot easier on the computer as mp4
