- Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is a fantasy novel written by British author J.K. Rowling and the sixth and penultimate novel in the Harry Potter series. Let's remember that J.K. Rowling got inspired by the ancient latin language to make this spells. So I'm speaking objectively, I came from Italy yes, but thast's not the reason why i chose these 5 languages. So yes, objectively speaking, Italian, spanish, french, slovak and polak were the best.

I didn't chose these 5 languages because i liked them (slovak and polak are not my favourite, either french and spanish) i chose them because of how they pronounced the spell, and since i studied latin, my knowledge it's bigger than yours in this point. Plus, i said that Hindi sounds weird, not because i don't like it, but because it has nothing to do with the actual spell. So: i'm not stating my opinion, because i'm not chosing by my tastes, i'm just stating a fact. If i had to choose a language that i like, i would have chose japanese, korean and all the celtic languages, because i love them so much, but the way they pronounce "pietrificus totalus" is not right, from the latin point of view. Therefore, if you liked english, japanese and hindi, that's upon you and your tastes, and i don't really care about it, because in your ears, you liked them and that's ok (i love the japanese language too, but their pronounciation is not the right one for a latin spell).

This phrase in 1:22 (Ukrainian) are so funny for me as polish speaker 😂😂 "Shoruj na za to London" hahah it's just like go to the London Potter 😂😂 but in polish language it's meaning different than ukrainian. It's a slang phrase for us because szorować official means scrub and go means iść. 😅😅 In polish correct it would be : To za mego ojca! (as for my father) Jedziesz za to do Londynu! ( You go to the London)
