To claim someone is indigenous to the land you would have to go back million of years ago before BC which Arabs never walked the land before 7 century, it was Israelites, Canaanites and Levanites that did.

There are Arab judges, doctors, engineers, teachers, Knesset Members etc. and all enjoy the same social benefits etc. under the LAW. What he might have meant is the situation in parts of Judea and Samaria (aka "the West Bank"), which is indeed under different laws, as the result of the ongoing hostility protected by the international community, that perpetuates a status quo that is harmful for everyone, especially Israel.

Hi - Ive watched a ton of your vids this past year and this maybe my first comment= It is good to hear you say that Israel has a right to be a little more righteous with this latest flare-up. Now I don't know this for fact, but I strongly feel that Israel might be the most attacked country/state ever. Surrounding tribes always seemed to have a problem with them historically and generally speaking it was never Israel who threw the first punch so to speak...but now many here in USA have the impression that they have always been the bad guy or the Bully. I don't get it. Regarding Genocide - if Israel wanted a true genocide on Palestinians it would have happened by now. All of this political theartre here in the US is nerve-wracking and I feel like it is all about a whole lot of people (mostly younger types) who just want to root for the perceived 'dark-skin' people, hence the Palestinians in this case (which is a dubious stance to take) because they get to throw around words like Colonizers, and Oppressors, Western Imperialists etc. What a joke. It's encouraging to hear Maher saying these things. An important argument that many tend to overlook, including Jews, is that the Jewish right to Israel is an inalienable and incontestable as the Muslim right is (said to be) to Saudi Arabia, or Mecca, or any of the Umma.
Nobody cares whether those Muslims are Arabs or any other ethnicity as long as they're Muslims, so why should it be any different with Israel? What does it matter that they're European Jews as long as they're Jews? If a Serbian Muslim can live in Mecca then a Polish Jew can live in Israel.
The Arabs are blind to ethnicity when it comes to Islam, but are ethnocentric when it comes to Judaism, claiming that only Middle Eastern Jews have the right to be there. And even then they only have the right to be there under Islamic dominance (as dhimmis).
