Hello ~ Thank You for sharing this information. Is there a way to set the "volume" (behind the scenes) so the person with the remote cannot raise the volume past 75% ? We have an elderly parent who sits in front of the TV all day - with the volume at 100% - and gets angry if we lower the volume. Yet - in normal daily conversation, she can hear just fine. As long as she sees 100 on the screen, she is fine. Do you have any thoughts?
Thank you. The issue I have is that I cannot get the eARC HDMI sound work on my Samsung TV. After choosing the HDMi option in the sound menu, the sound goes to surround sound system but after about 7 seconds it reverts back to TV speaker. I have tried all sorts of different ways to resolve but it doesn’t stay on the HDMI output/surround system. No problem with listening with my Bluetooth ear pods. I wondered if you have a solution. Thanks. 🙏🏼
