I started playing in May and started watching you, martial and Romero. The highest I've been is division 13 but now I just try to get to division 11 and then I chill out because players pass that are not fun at all. It's mostly playing against exploits and bad gaming mechanics. I don't desire to be good enough at the game to deal with that.
I’ve fought that guy like 6 times he never switches things up. He can’t wrestle so once he gets down it’s over for him.
At least he does not quit once things don’t go the way he wants them to be

My take on knees moving forward, they are "physically possible" and should be in the game but the counter hook and str8 punch never land in the game as they should in real life. Watch a saenchai sparring seminar youl see that sequence happen multiple times a video
Yeah I completely agree, especially if you pump the elbows and square the shoulders. I’ve always said the overhand should be the hard counter to a knee and not vise versa. Like why doesn’t the knee have any hard counters despite it being a strike you have a leg off the ground for.

The counter hook into a straight is prolly the 1-2 combo I use the most. Prolly cuz there’s all these spammers kneeing. That and the counter uppercut straight into a hook gets people all the time

My best achievement so far playing this game on and off for a while now is fighting against and getting a win on CROOKS. 😂 I feel like I had to have gotten lucky because crooks is a badass but I had 6 rocks and a couple drops and got the finish in round 2 without getting rocked or dropped. I think it was a warm up fight as well because he started streaming not long after our fight.
Highest I've been is division 17. As soon as the stamina bar disappears people get real cheesy

Highest I’ve been is 16 myself, love the game but I don’t like playing against the annoying guys who have actually become good with throwing elbows, knees consecutively or them CAFs that use that spinning taekwondo kick from in front of your face when they shouldn’t be able to hit you

It’s all about if you playing like the character you picked. Charles uses the clinch a lot in his fights. Other than that….spamming if you do it with every other character. That means that that’s just who you are. Folks who don’t got hands tend to use the clinch all fight long. Technical fighters like Goat1099, Suave etc they use clinch once in a while.

Cetrion is the character and I just rushdown when I see her. As long as they can’t establish range advantage ? You can beat her. No one plays her to all of her strengths. She’s S tier but nobody I’ve faced yet have utilized her entire kit. Either the mixup or the spam .

The defense in the game is pretty lackluster but doable but man the punish for not doing something right on the feet or the ground can cost you the fight. I came across this I’m assuming the day one and never stop playing gank player that knew exploits. More and more I want to stop playing…. But I just want to beat my partner in this game so I don’t have that choice to stop playing.

Years ago Division 20 wasn’t like this. It only got more toxic as the casuals dwindled down due to the game being “old”. Why isn’t their a ufc 5 yet?

I hit 20 the first couple of seasons & then I dropped this game .. this game is a joke .. even when winning I felt nothing but anger & frustration & overall wasn’t having fun
I was stuck in D1 this season for the longest. I went on two 40 fight win streaks and barley climbed to like D6. Loses one fight then drops a whole division. I’m finally at like D14.

How do you get on 40 fight win streak twice in rank and stay under div 15 the fastest i arrive at div 20 was 30 win streak
@@yannmoyes2493 Yea it sucks. Got to win 10 -15 matches just to rank up one Div and when you lose one fight you drop like 3 Divs and gotta win another 10 fights to lvl up again lol. I think its point based. So if your fighting a bunch of Div1 you be stuck in Div1 hell for awhile. Gets easier after Div 12 basically lvl up a DIV after 2 fights if you win.

As someone who plays this game just for fun and putting together satisfying combos and finishes, I just can’t understand this type of play. It’s so boring and repetitive, I feel like they don’t get fun out of winning, more so knowing that they are ruining the experience of other players

I know a guy on UFC 3 that plays exactly like this and it's so boring. He beat me the first time but I figured out how to deal with this bum shit. It just takes patience.
The keys to stopping this are: side steps and patient striking. Close the distance SLOWLY while being sure to avoid as many of those oblique kicks as you can. Patiently work your way into range and box. The dudes that play like this can't deal with decent boxing I promise.

So hey I hate spammers as much as the next player. But we need to call out all the flaws. I had a guy throw over 400 strikes in a 3round fight with accelerate clock. Everything was 4,5 punch combos. To me that's unrealistic, none of us has ever seen that irl, so how's that not spamming. The game is flawed but I think we pick and choose on who and what we call spam. Throwing a bunch of knees and elbows is the same as throwing multiple multiple combos....spam

I'm gunna leave a tip for enjoying these fights cus I would love to think I helped pry in some way or at least one of his viewers so here goes. Once you know you've got them beat and the fight is all but over, start spamming the thing they were spamming. Beat them at their own game. It's like dude I'm better than you at every part of this game, even the part you do over and over. Break this guy's legs at the end of the fight, or for an overhand spammer finish him with an overhand and so on and so on. There's too many types of spammers to list. But finishing them at their own game is so satisfying after they completely ruin your chance of enjoying the fight. It breaks hearts and I love it
