Are you single?

Hey Lisa! It’s a Filipino you! Proud of you both :D
Heyyo
Wait a minute you look familiar
Pls make it too!! :)
Heyy lisa
I got so confused when she said that she didn't want the sauce to be too spicy and then immediately put pepper flakes, sriracha, and gochujang in it
Yea same. Wasn't surprised she found it a little bit too spicy for her taste
The pepper flakes and gochujang aren’t spicy
Korean pepper flakes and gochujang isn't spicy, it's bean paste
Gochujang is spicy though… it’s literally fermented red chili paste 😂
@@inezyu4697 it's combine gochu-garu (chili) and meju-garu (bean)
idk it's doesn't taste spicy at all for me, it's sweet and sour, a little bit taste of chili flake but not spicy
Love how you cooked that. You're the only filipino I connect with online so these videos are great. Thanks
Thank you so much! :)
If it ever is a little too hot, add mozzarella- it cools it down a tad and adds to the flavour without overpowering it with cheese :)
thanks :)
Smart idea! I hadn’t considered b4 that mozzarella has a mild enough taste to not change a dish too much while cooling it down
She's lactose intolerance. Will that affect her ?
Yogurt is also a good alternative
I also sometimes wrap a little noodle in fresh spinach & add a tiny blob of mayo, it’s delishh, sounds a weird combo but it’s soooo nice 👍
I always wondered how instant ramen noodles have High calories and wondered if it was the seasoning somehow (even though it doesn’t seem like that would be the reason)…
But I never knew the noodles are deep-fried before packaging until you mentioned it! So now it all makes sense lol
Also, your video style reminds me of Lisa Nguyen who we love watching too!
Their videos remind me of each other too! I finally made the connection a week or two ago that they're actually friends, which I think is REALLY cool!
The minute she said that her stomach hurt after eating instant noodles, I did an immediate double take :0 I thought I was the only one who had the same problem!! I can barely handle spicy food cos they come out really painfully, but non spicy instant food of any kind makes my tummy hurt, so I have been avoiding instant noodles like it’s the plague even though they look so damn delicious…. Thank god for your channel and recipe!! Minus all the spice, I will definitely try to incorporate the ingredients and recipes you’ve used :))
No I have that problem too. It can cause stomach cancer I looked it up
I think it’s the MSG that is added
Those damn 2x fire noodles are delicious, but they're painful too
@@Scorpio_78 apparently it's the sodium cause sodium even in general makes ur tummy hurt
I always mix a tsp peanut butter, a tsp soy sauce, a tsp lemon juice, one garlic clove and ginger crushed, 1/2 tsp chilli pepper or chilli oil and some green onions to top off the whole mix. It always satisfies my instant noodle cravings.
Thanks for the tip!
Mmmm sounds like Thai noodles I've had, so good
Thanks
You can't really control the sodium if you're using a stock cube/bullion cube
You can, by leaving the bullion cube out of the dish or not using any additonal salt or using less of the cube
@@DaveManHA we're on the same page
You can add half then taste and add the other half or not
I mean she can use 1/2 of it right
Still better than instant noodles
little out of topic, but the cupboard behind you reminds me of my childhood. But still, the noodle makes me drool
"I dont handle spicy foods well"
Me, who thought this was Lisa: *confused screaming*

Yeah shes doing it like lisa
I love that recipe! The first time I made it I accidentally doubled the gochujang and i was on fire for 3 years
This is a really off-the-wall "family" recipe. My grandmother used it as barbecue sauce. Our mom made after school spaghetti for us for years. Once I was an adult, I would occasionally go out drinking with friends and when I came in very late, this was one of the easiest things to make while sleepy, tipsy, and hungry. Cook spaghetti al dente (my fav is angel hair). Mix other ingredients according to personal taste: Catsup, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion (fresh or dried), garlic (in the most convenient form), brown sugar, Italian seasoning, and a little water. Heat until smooth and adjust for taste. You may want to add salt and pepper. If you like spicy, you can add hot sauce. Serve over cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with lots of grated parmesan cheese. I buy a 5 cheese blend of grated cheese that I like better than plain parmesan but it plain parmesan will work. The cheese makes it, really. It is also good cold!
"I don't do well with spice" proceeds to add 3 different spicy ingredients to sauce.
There’s something about you that’s so good I cannot explain with words.
I already knew it was legit when I saw that gochujang. Here's an idea, eat some miso soy ginger salmon with spaghetti. Yes with spaghetti I used to work at this restaurant called bulldogs ale house and they had this delicious salmon, I think they might still have it. Anyway I think it comes with rice or potatoes or something and I always substituted it for plain spaghetti and I would just use the miso ginger sauce, it's delicious like that somehow. The sauce should be brown like soy, and it should be thick, just a bit more runny than a glaze, and when raw is should be pourable but still sit on the back of a spoon for a second or two. I found a recipe online for a sauce like this and here it is:
1 Tbsp oil
2 inch piece of ginger peeled and minced
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1/4 cup white miso paste
1/4 cup mirin
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 Tbsp sriracha sauce
2 Tbsp honey
Then you cook the sauce until it gets that consistency I said, although I would just do this when cooking the salmon in the pan with it.
Now this one says white miso, I use brown but it's up to you. I never tried it with rice vinegar or oil, to be honest I just mix the miso, soy, honey, ginger, a little bit of sriracha (I like gochujang better), and I add white sesame seeds and cilantro and it's good like that. I suppose mirin would probably be good. Anyway I hope you try this and like it!
These noodles look fire! Definitely would try these 🔥
There’s a constant craving I get at like 3 am in bed where my brain just goes *c h e e s e*
My craving has been pasta, I’m making it rn.
When I read “from scratch” I meant you will make the homemade noodles
you mean you thought she meant
@@himaririku5289 yes thank you for correcting me
I do the same without sugar or chicken bouillon (and with spaghetti). I top it with sesame seeds, Korean fried seaweed and cucumber slices. I just eyeball the ingredients to my taste. 😋
Here's my version... Enjoy! 😊:
Sauce (for the noodles/spaghetti):
Gochujang
Soy sauce
A bit of water
Sesame oil
Minced garlic or garlic powder
Toppings:
Roasted sesame seeds
Korean fried seaweed
Chopped green onion
Sliced cucumber
(Sunny-side up egg)
Most package drum in the US that says it’s fried is usually air fried
When I make tteokbokki, I don't add the red pepper flakes as well. The gochujang is already spicy enough. The only addition of the red pepper flakes is spiciness, so you could have omit it if you don't want it spicy.
There's also mild gochugaru and mild gochujang, but they're a bit harder to find
Homemade noodle is actually better then the processed one at the market my bro made it before and it tasted 10x time better i definitely recommend to make ur own noodle 👍
I understand the Feeling!
I don’t eat Noodles, but I LOVE Spaghetti. Sometimes I crave Red Spaghetti,
Not the Tomato ones, I always Crave Red Bell Pepper Spaghetti
They’re not Spicy, not even in the slightest but they taste So Good
Oh I thought you were going to make the noodles from scratch too aww
YO THAT LOOKS SO GOOD
Yeah, I can't eat instant noodles either because of the salt content, I have to cook most of my own food, but I can eat some ready made foods, as long as I read the labels and make sure there's not a lot of salt 😊
The fact that I’m watching this after finishing my breakfast of two instant ramen packets-
Chicken bullion cubes the one you get from the store pre packed and factory made are unhealthy aswell, you could try making it on your own it will taste soo much better! 😋😊
I like put leftover, squash, and zunkine, with beef with beef reman... very tasty
Title says making from scratch
*Proceeds to unpack packed noodles*
I will follow her Fire noodles recipe but will add a touch of danger : 5 - 10 dashes of ghost pepper sauce. Guaranteed to blow your socks off hehehe.
I usually eat extremely spicy Fire noodles by completely covering it with cheese sauce. it tempers the spice and makes it extra creamy and yummy.
You can add more cheese or water to your instant noodles so your stomach doesn't hurt. Eggs, veggies, protein and a squeeze of lime helps too.
omg yes! if i haven't touch instant noodles for a long period of time, my stomach tolerance somehow depleted and instantly i would get a stomach ache after eating a few bites of it 😢
Look very delicious 🤤 😋
Mee too always i get cravings like these ...
저희 음식을 좋아해 주셔서 감사합니다!
Idk why but this video makes me feel happy and excited about my future
this is what i'm talking of! this sounded like me talking to myself... thank you so much for this, definitely trying it!
I had pasta with strawberry jams last night 😊
My only craving is instant ramen with steamed brocoli, steamed lettuce, shitake mushroom and a boiled egg, I have the craving constantly
I was in a school class for health and my teacher which was a old nurse tould me that you're body tells you what it needs if you are healthy. So if you ever get a wierd craving like I want red sauce or some eggs or yellow fruits you should listen to your body ❤️
And a little tip if it's too spicy since I can't deal with hit things well I often use coconut cream if I do something spicy since it softens the taste :)
It's a good idea. Thanks for sharing!
I'm late, but better late than never -
You want good spicy but with health benefits, especially for winter? Ginger is your solution. That stuff can carry you through Siberian winter and you'll be healthier than when you were without it.
Oooooh please try to make beef bulgogi😍 I think the beef will go great with the fire noodles:) luv your vids
Next time try doing it fully vegan 💚
Lisa Nguyen will be proud of you.
Wow that looks SO good!! 💖
I ate some buldak spicy curry flavored noodles last night. Now I wanna try this 😋❤️ looks so good!!
Omg this looks like something i can eat alongside tons of food
Unrelated, because the noodles looked delicious, but you're so pretty! Like, Oh My God
I can understand wanting to avoid salt and sugar but a-sha noodles are a tasty option and they advertise that they don't fry them
Looks yummy 😋
Can u please make black noodles!!!!
I have a craving for a grilled cheese and tomatoe soup
Once I made steak with noodles so initially we were going to use the shop bought ones but I decided to make my own but when we pressed them into the water to boil them I had the great idea of using the potato masher instead of cutting it (what the recipe recommends to do) and they smelt and looked good initially, but then they had finished boiling, they all fell apart for no reason at all and they were really, really fat. We ended up using shop bought noodles in the end.
I've tried this and it's Soo good!
If it's too spicy put it in a bowl and add some cream or milk. You don’t need a lot, just enough to dilute it but still have some fat in the liquid so the flavor doesn't suffer, I actually like it like this better.
This looks like it would be amazing with sweet potato noodles!
Wow love it yummy 😊
the 2x spicy fire noodles are painful but taste so good
Hey please can you try making Indian Chowmein.. i bet you’ll definitely love it .. 💕
My favorite food
Looks good
Nice job🌟 They look delicious 😋
I’m not greedy but I found out being tolerant to spicy food gives me an advantage over my family who members who are not into spicy food. They just give me the food that they thought was not that spicy. When I cook due to cravings, I leave a little portion that is non-spicy so they can taste a regular version of whatever abomination I am cooking
you're so pretty!! seriously
Wowwww now I want to try this! I saw you got mentioned by Lisa saw I checked out your videos 🥰
Love from ph
That looks really nice 👏🏾
That looks amazing
Lol!!!!!! Watching chili flakes and scriracha go in there, I'm all, wo, dat's a little spicy 😬
Jeanell: I don't do spicy well
Me: 🤔🤣
I like the idea!! I thought I was in for a tomato sauce n pasta vid😆
I had a craving for lasagna last month
Great vid. But if you're in pain after instant noodles, might be worth taking the time to rule out a gluten allergy.
Vegan
Adds chicken seasoning 😂😂
I approve this choice
They look great
Try TEXAS PETE SIRACHA SAUCE !!! Soo much more flavor.. w a tonof the best garlic flavor. We don't but anything but TEXAS PETE NOW because it is soo much better...
Diamondback Sriracha is a good substitute for my usual Huy Fong (unavailable due to supply chain issues)
seeing the amount of pepper flakes i already knew it was gonna be spicier 🤣 maybe just more g sauce next time!
The og recipe mentions some being worried abt Samyang fire noodles not having truly artificial chicken flavor. According to manufacturers they are okay in that sense.
I love the viet vegan
That looked really good tho
this looks so spicy to me
Yaass the viet vegan
How about bazil and feta cheeese to the noodles, its a whole different thing. slices of pastrami can be added too, thats a beef.
recipe calls for gochujang, a heap of chilli flakes and siracha with only a tiny bit of sugar to offset it "it was spicier than I expected!" lmao
Black bean plz ☺️
Ooo yummy 🤤
No hate I love how you just sound so down-to-earth
Hello, can you make it with normal Spaghetti Noodles
Yess
Same
It's the worst sometimes I get cravings and don't even know what I crave. And sometimes it takes me days to satisfy it.
Palabok please!
When she said the recipe didn't look spicy and I see gochujang, gochugaru and sriracha together: holy shit.
Try maggi Instant noodle, i promise they won't hurt😊
Samsang buldok are my fav
Add some more broth it’ll make them easier to slurp and slightly less spicy
Bro I'm eating the samyang 2x noodles rn😳
You’re right? My stomach hurts to from eating instant noodles😕.. I make my own noodles from scratch😋 it’s worth it
DO YOU HAVE A RECIPE FOR THE CARBONARA BULDAK NOODS?
