    I deliver stuff and play disc golf. Over the past couple years from time to time I feel a sharp pain I'm the side of my right hip. I'm right handed so throwing a disc I plant on my right foot and to get out of the driver's seat 200 times a work shift, I turn right then step back. What stuff can I do to prevent hip problems later on.
