I don't think Captain Marvel is more powerful than Scarlet Witch. The only reason Wanda doesn't seem so strong is because she has barely any control over her power and hasn't even come close to what she could potentially do.
Saying captain marvel is more powerful than doctor strange is a stretch. Id agree shes powerful theres no doubt in that. yes she could probably go against a base level savage hulk but i think she would quickly get over powered by the hulk as he gets angrier. The comparison to thor is the one im not sure about because we dont know how powerful post raganrok thor is.

Just watch the Avengers for what they are, a Hollywood money maker but very little to do with the original comics.
