This is BY FAR the most excited I've been for a superhero movie since they announced Logan would be rated R, probably even more so.. My fifties we're my best years physically. I exercised daily, an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening, about twelve hours apart. My routine included aerobic walking, weight lifting, and stretching, as well as a set of exercises targeting certain muscles. I didn't over workout, nor did I body build, but just stayed fit and had great muscle tone. I gained twenty pounds that decade, but not a single inch anywhere. I wore the same exact sizes in clothing that I wore previously. I had a ton of energy that allowed me to do so many things I had been wanting to do for a long time. I highly recommend such exercise and physical therapy for those in their fifties as and sixties! It makes our later years so much better overall, and it even lifts us up emotionally by improving our mood.
Whatever keeps the actors healthier and makes the film look the best . We all know that these guys are in phenomenal shape and they are playing superheroes.
What’s so great about Huge Ackman(and yes, I’m using that joke), is that he can literally play any part. If he can be gritty to lighthearted and silly, then you got an actor who can adapt

Honestly, I hope to see more digital enhancement for these actors as an option so that they don't have to be on so many stacks of drugs. It's ridiculous and destroys their health in the long-term; major consequences in many cases you can only see years later. Also, this will allow more transparency on unrealistic body types being digitally enhanced, instead of this big "secrecy" because the actors are on so many drugs - which leads teenagers/kids to making insane decisions to be enhanced to achieve these meaningless bodies. That doesn't make much sense....there are a lot of people that have big muscular bodies and say they use drugs to enhance themselves. If kids are following them then they already know....but just cause they see the way they look doesn't mean they follow them. But in the end of the day, this has nothing to do with helping kids/ teenagers to make better decisions for their body.....and even if it was, the better decision would be to stop enhancing bodies digitally, and instead show a more "realistic" body type.

Without the meat grinder of total attrition warfare, having a slow steady supply of Clones that have a operational workspan of 30 - 40 years or even far longer would have paid for itself in the long run.
One of my favorite parts was the intro credit scene. I was just dying the whole time.😂😂😂 Also, it was a nice touch that when DP tried to use the claws he kept stabbing himself on accident. Something Jackman did several times IRL😂

This will be a brilliant movie the comedic genius of Ryans deadpool cupled with the sombre angry melancholy of Hughs wolverine.
One of my favorite parts was the intro credit scene. I was just dying the whole time.😂😂😂 Also, it was a nice touch that when DP tried to use the claws he kept stabbing himself on accident. Something Jackman did several times IRL😂
If any enhancement, it will be very little. Dude has been training hard!!

News flash, Hugh Jackman put in REAL work for "Deadpool and Wolverine". There may have been a few stunt doubles and maybe a few scenes with crazy special effects but Wolverine is all Wolverine!💪🏾
