Hi Tony, I am on the cusp of starting my own biz, working with an SBDC counselor developing my budget. Interiors of homes, do you use a drone or a handheld camera?
SB! Happy Friday! For most all exterior photography, I deploy the Air2S. For certain tight or super low-level captures, I break out the Canon 5D MK II. For the interiors, I use my Canon. In rare occasions (on large scale interiors) I have flown indoors. That stated, much planning and careful precautions should always be implemented prior to flying indoors. All greens lights on your endeaver! Much respect! ;-) T
You forgot to mention how cheap most relators are. The realtors (at least here in NW Montana) want you to work for free. Most seem too ignorant to know the value of aerial shots.
LOL! I believe over time, as the industry continues to evolve, the RE industry as well as other business sectors will come up to speed. We are already seeing that shift here in Oregon. Be well in the Big Sky State! ;-) T - PS. You've given me an idea! I should do an episode about dealing with "tight-wad" prospects and clients. Much gratitude!
