ah yes! I hope to make more thorough instructions for a lot of these, but for now... i used a starburst granny square youtube tutorial for the bigger bag and just stitched them all together and did double crochets for the strap. For the mini purse, I made rectangles to the size of my liking with single crochets and then just stitched all of them together! (i hope this helps a bit😅)

My issue is that I love wearing neutrals and basic ass clothes. I also mostly wear athletic wear. But the thing is, crocheting/knitting beige, white, any neutral toned sweater or accessory seems so boring. I love colourful yarns and fun designs. They make me happy when I make them but then I don't get really use out of them
wait i get this… bc i totally am also attracted to the bright yarns and fun designs but tell me why i NEVER wear any of my funky fun clothes?!?!!

yeah i just eyeballed the pattern based on the instagram inspo pic! It was basically all double crochets and then i believe 3 space holes for the big squares and 1 space holes for the small ones ( i hope that helps a little😅)

hmm i think choosing good quality yarn and not rushing projects will get you there! i’ve recently been using full cotton yarn more and i love it for clothes and bags!
For the top at 8:50, you could cut the straps at the shoulder and tie them! If they are too short, just tie them and make a bow out of lace and sew it on :))
