Klinsman packed a devastatingly 🔥 hot shot in both feet, athletic acrobat, a header fantastic in the air, he was a specialist of the bicycle volley kick.
He honestly has to be the most technically gifted striker to play the game. Head, chest, either foot: flawless. Spatial awareness, movement, intelligence, touch, control, power: perfect. The man could even head a ball off a barely floated cross harder than most people could volley it. The best aspects of a striker rolled into one.
I loved Jurgen Klinsman. His fluid modus of play action. At his prime he was a constant threat to opponents in all distances and angles. He was was an unassuming, quiet, but efficient complete player. In my contention, he deserves a place amongst the greatest of all times. Jurgen was. The United States didn't realize what a rare gem they had in him as a Coach and manager. Look at his antecedents, consistently fine striker at the top of his best, and also a World Cup winner. His resume is tight. His players need to draw inspirations from him. United States ought to hire him back. They haven't, and cannot get a better leadership.
Master of cool, iconic goals. Most memorable are goal against Russia at Euros 1996, goal against USA at WC 98 and goal vs Korea at WC 94. Also, probably, goal vs Yugoslavia at WC1990. Legendary complete striker.
It always strikes me how he gets the Russian defender off his back seconds before this goal at EURO 1996. The defender is guarding him closely, then Klinsmann does a "simple" double-touch and a split second later he is five meters away. The defender is probably still asking himself if someone pulled a magic trick on him.
A perfect attacker, strong with both feet, perfect headers, acrobatic, agile, and lightning quick. Also very reliable throughout his career - he scored at least one goal in every tournament he has taken part in. A great representative of Germany and German football abroad. And still some people thought they could call him "Flipper" ("pinball" in English) for his alledgedly bad ball control. That was mainly pure spite caused by his private feud with tabloid BILD which did everything to sabotage his work when he was German head coach before WC 2006. Best thing Berti Vogts has ever done was bringing Klinsmann in to take over the German football team in 2004. Klinsi hasn't enjoyed much of a career as a coach, but he was exactly the right person for the right job in 2004 to bring German football into the 21st century.
He was simply not that technically adept at static situations, and he had a great many of them during his Bayern and Nationalmannschaft spells - therefore he was called "Flipper".
@@waldiwusler688compared to who? Germany simply never had overly techniqual strikers in regards of dribbling. Not a German thing. Also I think Klinsmann had all the technique that he needed. In fact he was very techniqual he just wasn't a super techniqual dribbler and dribbling just wasn't as important back in the day.. Also what are static situations?
Wth happened to the last video? Anyways... Klinsmann is one of the best and most underrated strikers ever. "Legend" is a word you can actually use in this case. He's one of the reasons I started liking and following football :D
I remenber watching live and later be surprise how no one talks about this goal? Can you imagine today if Cristiano Ronaldo scores like this? Everybody is the best goal ever
A complete striker. He could dribble his way through, he could volley, he could win in the air and score headers... Messi ain't got nuthin' on Klinsi. :)

Seeing his volleys and headers it's like to see a mix between Jean Pierre Papin and Horst Hrubesch. If he was unmarked, it meant problems for the opponent. I really like your vids, Could you please make one of Amancio Amaro? He is an Spanish legend.
He referred to his diving, when he was sliding on the grass for celebration. He was criticized hard for that in England and took it with humor, because he was a sportsman. And btw he has a license as a commercial helicopter pilot. ;)

Klinsmann was one of the most complete centre forwards of all time... absolute legend... thanks for sharing 👍
Bill, I wholeheartedly agree.Klinsmann had tremendous passing ability as well.🇩🇪⚽
@@MAlexanderZagorskipassing? Lol no.. Passing was one of the few things he wasn't great at and he rarely passed the ball anyway

Awesome video! This is how I would remember him. A great striker with absolute knack for the spectacular, and the big, clutch goals for so many sides.
Klinsmann 🦈 certainly was predator, I enjoyed watching him play.

Secondo me è + bello quello del 1989
Not a difficult goal considering the defender didn't even try to defend
With Klinsman. It's was Germany.. It's was football..
He was my favorite player in my childhood, but after defeat to Croatia in WC98 I switched to Zidane :)
Awesome
Reminds me of Shevchenko .!

A clinical striker forgotten in europe

Great footballer.
He is probably one of the best athletes to ever play. Extremely agile yet powerful and had good technique too
Keep up the good work mark fish next
Big player!
" Klinsmannair"!
Goal celebration makes me wonder whether he meant to become a pilot instead of a footballer??
He referred to his diving, when he was sliding on the grass for celebration. He was criticized hard for that in England and took it with humor, because he was a sportsman. And btw he has a license as a commercial helicopter pilot. ;)
Greatest volleyer of all time: Klinsmann or Hugo Sanchez?
both :D
make a video of Jorginho and Branco both are 1994 world cup winners
Crazy
Just give him the ball and he will score
