Arbour Hill Prison (Irish: Príosún Chnoc an Arbhair) is a prison located in the Arbour Hill area near Heuston Station in the centre of Dublin, Ireland. The prison is the national centre for male sex offenders.
In this video, we are joined by @AY-Audits, he has already uploaded this, and what an insane video this is, first one of it's kind, an Irish prison audit. And a terrible reaction from the prison staff here. Hopefully this sets the trend for Irish prison audits.
First time see cops so polite and respectful. Well done lads
Very professional police officers.
True story. In Shannon. Western Ireland. I had my car towed because the garda thought I'd no insurance. He was supposed to give me 10 days to produce my cert at a garda station of my choice. He didn't. And came down on me like a tonne of bricks. I went home. Got the cert. Rang the prick. He told me to go to ennis garda station. Went there. Got the release form. Went to the yard. Got my car back. 4 hours it took me. The reason why he went so hard on me?? I had accidently reversed into a private car owned by an airport police officer. This was in October 2021. I still feel very hurt when thinking about him.
I’ll have to pay them a visit next time I visit Ireland
@@TheGwentAuditorTGA The problem is that here. And in the UK. Police or Gardai think they are untouchable. And always right. The little knowledge (none at all in fact) they have of the law is laughable. And yet they think of themselves as equal to solicitors and judges.
Even in America. Look at the coin flip arrest of a young lady some years ago.
She tried to obtain the footage of her arrest. The police department refused.
She then got the help of a TV station to obtain the footage. She got it on a Friday. And guess what?? All charges against her were dropped by Monday morning.
Could you prove your car was insured there and then on the side of the road?
They are under no obligation to give you 10 days to produce your insurance. If they don't think you have insurance they seize your car
@@hippy1922 a simple check on the ANPR system would have seen I was insured.
@@hippy1922 And 2. Why aren't release forms available in all garda stations like I the US
Cop's did good to be fair 👏.
both of those gards were extremely polite. ive seen worse people around. I dont think they were trying to incriminate you but like the 1st guard said, their superiors would expect them to have all the names and if they dont, they get a grilling, performance review etc. thats why they wanted details for the purposes of their report
otherwise they could make up that they've been to job x, y z and get paid for doing nothing all day
It's irrelevant though, if they have no authority to demand something of someone, then thry don't have the authority and the way their superiors feel about tracking their activities has no bearing on anyone other than between them. Imagine if you were in a place where some random person was working and they told you they need your most delicate personal information in case their boss wants a record of who they were out with and where they were? Maybe the same person's superior would be just as strict about tracking their activities, would that person's job and superior opinion be less important than cops? Are cops jobs more important for their livelihoods than other people's? Maybe their superior should track their phones or make them carry a GPS and regularly check in if they are so untrustworthy. I can assure you they wouldn't give you their most delicate personal information if you say you need it for any reason you come up with, and giving them any personal info at all is giving them all of it because they have access to the database and the same reason they wouldn't give you their most delicate personal information is the same reason you shouldn't be willing to consensually give them yours, the safety of them and their families is not more important than yours or anyone else's. If there are lawful obligations to divulge the information, then of course you absolutely should to avoid further penalties, but the safest way to handle this is to politely inform them you "are actually not permitted to answer any personal questions or divulge personal information consensually, but if it is being ordered under threat of arrest or otherwise you absolutely will comply and while you can not consent to anything whatsoever, you absolutely will not resist anything they decide to do, just unfortunately you are prohibited from doing anything with consent of your own free will". The reason for this is it clarifies no hostility and removes the liability and responsibility of consent fron you so they can't try to manipulate you and gaslight you into acting like you are choosing to not give them what they want, and when they try to use those tactics you can play victim and plead to reason that you are not comfortable with being pressured into giving them something you are not permitted to give them and portray them as bullies trying to coerce you. When they inevitably ask "what you could possibly mean by not being allowed/permitted as an adult etc" you can again refer to that being a personal question which again... you are not permitted to answer. It absolutely ends any prying from that angle and makes them the unreasonable ones. You can even use "asked and answered" as that really gets in their mind. This also protects you if you turn out to be determined to be obligated to identify etc, you are still doing so regardless if they clarify it is being demanded under threat of arrest or otherwise, but you simply clarified that it wasn't of your own free will, this way in the likely circumstance they had no authority to demand it of you, you've hopefully avoided unnecessary arrest while still being able to collect the compensation you are owed per law for beibg deprived of your rights. If they end up not willing to order it under threat and give up at your calm and calculated, impossible to warp into hostile attitude clarification, then you have avoided being identified and endangering the safety of you and your family, and were still hopefully not deprived rights unless they still violated then in some other manner which you can still collect your compensation even without being identified or arrested etc.
They won't like this recording don't think you can in Ireland 🇮🇪🇮🇪 hopefully so
Let's introduce legislation to stop these types of agent provocateurs, see how that works?
Very professional response from the Gardai. Prison staff are more used to dealing with a different element of society and would not be trained to the same degree.
No.1 it is illegal to park a car on the footpath
This is the kind of policing I like to see.
@@galwaytribesman9289 It is rather polite in comparison to what I’ve seen from the Guards recently. I smell alcohol leave the area now
@TheGwentAuditorTGA That was a fcuking jerk man. Abuse of power is what you call that. There are some who should not be in the force I've met a few of time from time to time. They've got a bad bad attitude but they won't last long. There were guards like that in my town but they were moved on out of the town.
@@galwaytribesman9289 definitely, did Coolock recently too, some of the worst Guards I’ve ever seen
They got the vans when a chap was escaped from a taxi in 2000.
The way you 2 talk over eachother at times os quite annoying
😂😂😂😂the way he came out it was like he still thought he was inside the prison and you two was prisoners. What a div😂😂😂😂and that copper was a massive bell for trying everything to try and get your details without even knowing what you are actually doing.
That 2 bar chief is full of crap. They have zero respect for privacy or the people.
Yeah he stated he was worried about tax payers privacy. Pinocchio bastardo
To be clear the man that came out with authority was the 3rd in command and that prison officer definitely did say "Spas" at least if not said spastic as he turned. They mostly will
Wasn't it derogatory to call him Cpt Birdseye and say that he's something from the Titanic, though?
Of course it was, but the rules don't apply to frauditors.
Your voice sounds like Lemmy from motorhead..when talking obviously great vids by the way..
Nothing like Lemmy
By arguing with them they are giving them what they came for, the best course of action would be to ignore them.
Just found your channel today and subscribed Mate, keep the good work up! have you found the irish police better or worse to deal with than in the UK?
Thanks so much, and overall better than UK police
@@TheGwentAuditorTGAunfortunately that’s just 1 station the rest of them would be worse
Your mate called them names and threatened to show up with 30 people hahahaha you need to be more careful
