So far I really like your builds. Do you have any examples of a gear hauler build without the cargo cabinets? Im not interested in a large water tank nor a built in battery system. Im interested in the gear hauler for 2 with a goal zero power system.
As a fellow Colorado Transit owner that uses the van for backcountry splitboarding, I'm interested in that heated water set up and would love any updates!
@@AVCRIG Thanks. There is very little out there about the actual DC-DC connection. Which amperage terminal, ignition live terminals, ideal wiring routes etc.
Great build. I am waiting for delivery on my van and a simple set like this is just what I am looking for. What’s the pricing on a build like this. Both you guys price and just purchasing the parts. I just wanted to get an idea.
The van was a customer vehicle and didn’t have the accessory heater loop to tie into. In our show vehicle we will do a video tying into the factory heat.
very clean and effective build. How well do you survive with the 270Ah battery and induction cooktop combo? I've got 400Ah and use induction cooktop and find i'm constantly struggling to top up fast enough after just 2 days of normal use. making 1 meal a day on it.
That is a very nice layout with a lot of options for those of us who want a camping van for two people.
Love. It!!
The winterizing is fantastic.
nice, nice , nice !
Matt this looks awesome!! Great job.
Thank you! Cheers!
I am planning a build for next winter, and 90% of this build is exactly what I am after. Talk to you after I get my van.
That’s great! We would love to work with you. Plus you never know what cool things we’ll have by then.
What kind of LED strip lights in the garage have you been using? So many options these days.
This is great looking and clean layout. Good job!
Thanks!

I’d check our vanlite builds for inspiration. We usually do a wheel well cabinet to finish that area and support a bed.

I’m doing smother and we plan to get more in depth with a video on complex water systems.
Looks great! Really like the kitchen cabinet. Any info on the rear shower hardware?

It’s my current go to, but still not perfect in my opinion. Waiting on the Aquor shower will be worth it.
@@AVCRIG thanks! Good to know.
Is the isotemp system hooked up to the engine coolant for heat? Can you do a video on the setup and install? That would be awesome!
Yes and yes
Do you guys sell the bed system or have any videos on that?
Hi Matt, please could you do a video on wiring a Victron Orion up to a transit customer connection point?
That’s a great idea! I’ll put it on my list.

What's a good size lagoon table for that front seating position?? Interested in your 3D printed latches and lagoon table

Email the shop please. I don’t like to post pricing in comments since it can be out of date and misleading in the future.
Were you able to tie the Isotemp into the Ford Factory coolant loop? Love to see an indepth video on the isotemp and the various adjustable beds

Are you running Lifepo?
I'm gunna do some more power monitoring and break it down one item at a time to really track it day to day.
How is the bed raised and lowered ?
Yes it moves manually by removing the panels.
Do you plan to sell your vertical bed rails along with your cabinets for a full bed system?
We are just about ready to launch yes!
What is length and width of garage floor area?
