If you pay close attention, you'll see that the Mama Duck made a trip back up the ramp, & push her beak softly against the sick Ducklings chest, as to tell him to get in the water. The Duckling tried, but was far too sick...It looks like something is Neurologically wrong with the last Duckling, hopefully whomever was taking the video got the Duckling out of the water.
*Once newly hatched chicks, the mother must lead them to water in about 10+ hours or next day. They only have a little food left their body to survive. So the mother will leave regardless One or Two are in bad conditions or not, as you can clearly see in this case. The ducklings stay in the nest for at least 10 hours, while they dry and get used to using their legs. In this case, the mother left too soon or the chick hatched too late, which the leg is disabled as you can see in the video. Regardless, the mother will save other chicks from starvation, rather than stay and try to save just one.*
