Technically that's not that much. Let's say he works 7 hour days. That's 43 days to work 300 hours. Let's say he works full time, but takes weekends off. In total that's give or take 2 months. I assume he's worked there for much much longer. Now if your playing pizza maker simulator and you've played 300 hours. That's hella.
@@hipnotyq Yeah, it's almost the same situation with pasta. While pasta takes quite some minutes to cook, if it's made fresh and thin you can cook a batch in 30 seconds to one minute.

depends on the food, ready to eat food never touches hands, all subs must wear glove, tacos must wear glove meat burgers wear glove when touching raw or wash hands and handle with spachula after cooked. but it is tough to change gloves ever time u touch food. most food get cook before being serve. the way you put it is ppls hands wear off by time and yet 30 years experienced cooks still have hands.
Gotta give it to him: The way the pepperonis are placed, not only there are plenty, but they don't get in the way of cutting the slices, something that can be annoying sometimes
If people were still wondering about wearing gloves vs bare hands I was a manager at McDonald's. In our food safety course they teach us it is actually a lot more sanitary for people to just wash their hands without using gloves. This is because employees tend to keep their gloves on until they rip, rather than changing them when they actually need to be changed.
Jared Adams I know this is months later but as a former McDonald's employee there just wasnt time to wear gloves, especially when working the grill. When working the fryer there's definitely tome but on grill you have (when I worked there) 3-5 different products all coming up at the same time and when you pick one up you usually had 2 other trays to fill on top of the ones you are already filling. You get what you pay for.
Then there was a timer that would go off like every 30mins to a hour if I remember correctly for everyone to wash there hands throughout the day if like that here in Sc pretty sure it was like that everywhere else to during that time
For the people asking about gloves while handling food. We are handling raw food that still requires to be baked in an oven. Which is usually set pretty close to 500 degrees. We can also feel more in the dough while stretching it out. Like small uneven spots which I can then adjust the amount of pressure and stretch to even it out... Something we can't feel with gloves on.
I've worked in pizza, and as soon as I saw him go for the pepperonis, I knew it would slow down a bit. Those things just refuse to work with you at all lol
I was a Domino manager a long time ago in the United States and we held contests but, the pizzas had to look better and be the correct weight in proportions. Hell, any Domino's pizza slinger can make a half ass pizza like this quickly. Our test was to make a 16 inch pepperoni with the right amount in cheese and the right number of pepperoni slices. My best was 38 seconds. I wanted a pizza that our customers would actually enjoy eating. If you noticed the sauce was too thick in places and too thin in others , the same with the cheese, and the pepperoni was not spread out at all.
If you want a pizza that people want to actually eat stop charging a 500% markup on your pizza compared to the supermarket. I got a fresh large one for £5.25 while it’s £23.99 on the app/website what a rip,off
As an Italian cook who also has done a lot of pizzeria, nice skills with those hands. I'm 100% sure the dough is very different, but this guy could learn and work in an italian pizzeria in a week. Bravo
