    I really like the trick with your dog! Ha ha ha! Oh... great job on the micro layout. Great tip with the cotton ball and resin waterfall. See ya.

      My dog startled me in the video first time I saw it. It was luck everything was lined up to hide home like that.

    This is beautiful. My only gripe is that battery pack in the back. Other than that, I love this. And no black border. It looks much more natural this way in my opinion. Thanks for sharing.

    Ok, by watching your artistic genius at work, am beginning to see how to make one. My wife is a watercolor artist so I do understand how one develops their particular techniques. Thanks, Steve.

      I never really plan out how most of these will look. They just sort of happen and evolve as I build them.

    I meant to mention this before but I know this is just a hobby and all and you do it for charity but really, there is a market out there for pre-made sets. Just add tracks and trains. If you could find a way to mass produce a version of your layouts with descriptions on what types of tracks and trains would work on the layout I truly think you could have a very profitable product. It doesn’t even have to be foam. It could be plastic (3D printed) and painted. Maybe not as good as hand made foam but I still believe it would sell. Just my opinion.

      The small layouts I’m doing right now are all layouts I’m building and selling to people who have requested them. I’ve thought about trying to do molds and quickly producing some layout bases. I may try to play around with that more at some point. It is certainly doable with the right design.

      Steves Trains I bet it would be pretty profitable for you. Keep up the great work.

    Wow this was amazing! What type of train did you use? I know it’s N scale but what is the name of the engine?

    • @StevesTrains
      @StevesTrains  2 роки тому +1

      It is a Kato pocket line train. It might not even be prototype based, but if it is, it is likely an old Japanese prototype.

      Steves Trains oh okay. I use to live in Owasso, now Bentonville. I remember the layout you had and you mentioned Rogers area scenery.
