This was a great class. I loved the timbre of your voice and your instructions were so clear I could have done this entire class with my eyes closed. My only criticism is that I did find a few of the poses and transitions a bit challenging (I'm 64 and not an experienced yogi), it would have been nice to hear how to modify and actually see one of your yogis using that modified pose. Really liked the pacing, variety of poses and length of class. Worked well early morn. Have done a number of your videos and, despite 20 years of yoga and countless videos, your practices have introduced me to some stretch positions and pose variations I don't recall encountering previously. As someone who really struggles with balance, the standing segment was challenging. But aspire to improve those poses, therefore, appreciate that all of your instruction allows for various limitations. Low volume levels is a common issue with your videos making it even more difficult to hear your very soft voice.

Thanks for a great class. Cancelled my flow class this morning as I needed something a bit more gentle after lifting weights yesterday and this was perfect. I love how we slowly built our way up to a peak and then gently returned back. I modified where I needed like going to half split after our low lunge instead of childs pose and it was easy to modify but still return to your practice. Thank you! Have a wonderful day!
Wonderful class but the audio is very low and hard to hear, which made it a bit of a challenge having to keep looking at the screen to see what you were doing.
Hi, Thanks for your feedback, one thing to try in case you didn't know that this was a thing ( I didn't until we started making these videos) is that UA-cam has their own volume for each video. If you look just to the right of the play video once video is going there is a volume slider bar, make sure it is raised all the way up. See how that goes hopefully that fixes the problem. : ) Namaste! Kim

Hi Kim, wonderful class! I'd highly recommend moving away from calling cross legged "indian style" which I noticed towards the end. It is outdated, offensive, and culturally insensitive. I recommend saying criss-cross apple sauce, pretzel legs, cross legged, or sukhasana! Thank you for sharing this Gentle Yoga class.

Thanks for your feedback, don’t feel as though you need to master each pose from the onset. Yoga is a practice, do your version of the pose, it’s all good the important part is to stay with your breath. Practice makes progress. ✨Kim

Some of the poses were difficult for me. I love that it is slow but it was hard at times. I know several under 60 who could not do this! Disappointed
