This takes me back to when i was a kid. My nan would use beef dripping on the roasties on a sunday, i still do that when i have the boys round. Not tryed these kind of frozen chips ... They looked nice though... Cant beat the air fryer for that perfect chip... Great review guys .. Take care now... 💞🙂 xxxx
Hi Catherine, yes I started using beef dripping for roasties and it does make a big difference taste wise 😋😋 These chips are great for quickness especially in the air fryer … 😋 Glad you enjoyed watching ❤️ hope you’re having a great Sunday ❤️❤️ xx
Hi guys 🙋🏻♀️oh beef dripping chips 😋long gone or the days of the old chip pan on the stove 😀love your fryer Tracy first time I’ve seen one used I deep fry mine so unhealthy eh 😂 thanks again it’s good to see and hear reviews on the goods I regularly buy❤️xx
Hi Geraldine, yes Colin loved a chip pan … I’ve never been a fan to be honest 😂😂😂 but the air fryer is so easy to use and much quicker & as you say healthier too … Thanks as always for watching & sending us your comment- we love hearing from you ❤️❤️ xx
Tracy i know you love Disney, a advert has jst come up on my phone, Asda are selling a Vintage Disney dinner set , it say's they are selling it for £4 should be £35... dont know if it's right, but thought to let you know 😘
Hi Folks. Great vid. Although I wouldn't eat them (beef dripping) the chips all looked appetising, yes the Asda ones were smaller. You placed them as I would have done- basing my 'judgement' on appearance of course. Glad you enjoyed them overall. Btw. I made the feta fries yesterday. Based on oven chips (Albert Bartlett) I seasoned them well and added some dried oregano. They were very tasty and enjoyable 😋 The feta partially melted but not quite- as feta often does. Jacob liked them (praise indeed 👍! ) Enjoy your Sunday. Best. Johnny. 🤓
Hi Johnny, yes they were quite good 👍🏻 But your feta fries sound amazing 🥰🥰 So glad you both enjoyed them ❤️🙏🏻👍🏻 I might have a go myself 👍🏻 Hope you’re both having a lovely sunny Sunday ☀️❤️🙏🏻👍🏻
@@TracyandColinTheFoodies Glad you enjoyed the chips. Yes we liked the feta fries, you should make some 😋 Thanks, yes we are having a pleasant day, my sister is here (bossy) Hope you have also had a great day. 🤓
What was the timing that you used, and what temperature? I do like the Aldi ones, not tried others. My air fryer is a Tower, looks like a mini oven, with a fold down door. I purchased a rotating stainless steel basket, which is excellent. Only problem is, it’s roasting hot, to open clip to get your food out. Not tried that Iceland chicken and stuffing as yet. Was down in Glasgow to see Mr Slim Jim Phantom
Hi Mark, I put them all on 200 degrees - the aldi for 6 minutes the Iceland ones for 9 mins & the Asda ones for 6 We don’t have a lot of space in our kitchen so the fryer we got suits us fine - I do know Colin would love a bigger one - but we’ll have to wait till we move to a bigger house 😂😂😂😂
Hi Paul, if we are passing we will definitely take a look - we do have a huge list of places to get through though ..🤔 But thank you for sending your suggestion to us 🙏🏻👍🏻
Hi there another fantastic video like always I just say frozen chips are not my favourite as I work in agriculture and reproduce potatoes for McCains a lot of the potatoes what I’ll put it in our brand frozen chips are the same potatoes that are in McCains but the branded potatoes from Iceland Asda Aldi are just coated in different oils and a lot of them are the reject what don’t get put in for Packers for baked potatoes and they just go to process and the brand is just put different oils on to give the flavour to them that is just the difference it’s not the difference in the potato it’s just what brand put what oil on them to give the different flavours potato is the Sakely the same in my opinion the only true taste for a chip is a fresh potato cut up and deep-fried oven chips do not really give the right taste to a normal potato but that’s just my opinion but like I said a good video all round thank
Thanks for the upload 👍
You’re welcome thanks for watching ❤️🙏🏻👍🏻
