I just wanna thank you guys for your podcast. I've been on a deficit whilst on a 6 day split for almost 8 weeks now and because of that, to make sure I prioritize my training, I started working out early in the morning, as well as walking to the gym for some yoga in the evenings. And as a part of that routine I listen to your podcast walking to the gym in the morning and in the evening (So please keep them coming 'cause I´m starting to catch up way too fast, haha 😂). Your podcast has really helped me with mindset, motivation and resilience! And I'm always left so inspired and amazed by how far people can push themselves. From Sweden with love, thank you so, so much❤
This was so inspiring to watch! Meg and Lucy you are absolutely incredible, thank you for sharing your experience. I absolutely loved seeing both of your energies bounce off each other ❤️ this was a real eye opener and has motivated me to take on more challenging experiences in my life, testing yourself makes you realise how capable you actually are of doing the things you thought you couldn’t 🎉
And I created a sequel - the Trip down, probably where I reflect more… ua-cam.com/video/f_HnHrk_MtM/v-deo.htmlsi=JkSp-pzzsvCm1pjB I ve since discovered your fitness interests… well done. I do endurance cycling and endurance swimming down under myself. Blessing Brandon
Fantastic, fascinating conversation. I admire that you did this but also that you don't gloss over the harder aspects in the retelling. Many people would, but you don't. Really interesting, thank you for filming this.
Did EBC last year. My top tips are walking poles, extra socks, battery charging pack and sun cream and a hat. The UVs from the sun are super strong and you can burn really easily and quickly. Have an incredible time. The views are spectacular and the locals are some of the friendliest and most generous humans you will meet during your life time.

I've added EBC to my bucketlist after following your journey! Amazing

As a disabled man, I'm in awe!
I’m heading to EBC in January, did you follow the elite exped packing/gear guide? Anything ontop of that you’d recommend having?
