- 最近BOSSのHM-2を入手したのでスウェディッシュ・デスメタルを代表するといっても過言ではない曲をカバーしました。
本当は実機のアンプを使いたいところですが残念ながら持ってないのでいつも通りHX Stompをアンプシミュレーターとして用いました。
I got the legendary distortion pedal BOSS HM-2 recently so I decided to make a cover video of Dismember's well-known song.
This time I used HX Stomp instead as usual, but I think it was better if I had real amplifier in my room.

I can remember seeing Dismember in '92. They were as good live as they were on records. This album has to be one of the best debuts.

@@mura_guitar I got into Death Metal probably in my last year at school in 89/90, I was already into Thrash. Bolt Thrower 'Realms of Chaos' was the first album I had, picked up sticks a couple of years later then ended up supporting them a couple of years after. It was a fairly new genre back then with the like of Death, Morbid Angel, CC, Deicide, Obituary, Napalm, Entombed etc,. and it really was pushing the boundaries. Golden times, it never leaves you.
@@Thrash1t I guess it was absolutely golden years. I got into Death Metal about 10 years ago when I was still a teenager. The first Death Metal album I bought was Morbid Angel "Blessed Are The Sick" and it was really mind blowing. Of course I was into the bands you listed too, and I love those classic bands and also the current bands like Blood Incantation and Tomb Mold etc.

自分も２音半や２音下げでこの辺の音楽をカバーしたりしてますが、いまいちレギュラーチューニングと比べるとギターのセットアップが難しい気がします。やっぱりトラスロッドとかもダウンチューニング用に調整しますか？
自分は、アームのスプリングも強化品に変えたりしましたがいまいち、良いセッティングになってるか気になる所です。

As far as I remember, I used the Peavy simulated amp in HX Stomp, and didn't turn up the gain (almost clean).

Try both. You just push one button or move one cable to find out what it does..
Hi, besides the Boss HM2, what effects did you use? For example, reverb or delay.. Especially for lead parts. Btw Awesome cover

I'm sorry I don't remember that precisely, but I used the Peavy simulated amp in LINE 6 HX Stomp.
I think I didn't use reverb or delay at that time.
What strings are you using?
Elixir strings, the gauge is 10-52
