Exactly what came to mind when I seen the rust and water in the headlight. 😬
I know he mentioned the seat belts indicating replacement but now it makes sense as that’s technically the only cloth like components in the vehicle. They probably molded and had to be replaced for sell purposes.

Sorry , you must have all ready test driven the car, but it a lovely car. If i would had answered on time i would have said, make sure engine oil has been replaced and drive it enough around to feel for the hybrid system switching between Mechanical and Electrical energy.
