I am three months pregnant. The doctor recommended I stay away from work for the first trimester cs my pregnancy is high risk so I get you on the part of things being so slow. Woiiii.I am such a mashughuli person. Naskia like my life has stopped 😂😂. Na shida nimechill and taking a short walk. This being my first pregnancy maze I give props to mamas who have more than one kid. This is not an easy journey.

Talk about infection during pregnancy because its affecting us first time mom's.. Please!!! Was it affecting you!??? If yes how did you manage. I beg you to address this.

i think she is talking about yeast infection.avoid sugar nna ukunywe yogurt
A hack i did for yeast but I'm not sure if doctors recommend it,i inserted(na kidole) Greek natural yogurt in the vagina for seven days and drunk yogurt everyday and it has disappeared ever since
But I still take yoghurt daily.
The inserting worked faster than drinking

Aww she’s so cute! Guys am six months pregnant and i have this thing called symphisis pubis dysfunction and when it attacks i can’t even walk because of pain in my left leg. Who has had it and how did you manage?
Sorry sounds uncomfortable..never heard of the condition. What does your gynae say/suggest in terms of managing it?

M FD I usually have it from about 7 months on. Search for some gentle stretches you can do. Besides pain killers, there’s nothing much you can do medically. Mine resolves after I give birth though not immediately.
