Watching from Connecticut USA 🇺🇸 I just love your videos and your family. Keep up the good works. Greetings from your Jamaican sister living in the USA 🇺🇸 🇯🇲🙏❤️❤️
Charlow Kush, you are moving like a professional Chef. You know what you are doing😅. Linet and Aneta have to come very good. You are already in from of this Charlo😅. Watching from Trinidad and Tobago. Love you cooking ❤ Go Charlow😂
Charlow to win hands down as he has the skills of cleaning and marinating a chicken. Don't know if you have a fridge but the chicken would go in there to marinate. If you grow Rosemary and Thyme in your kitchen garden they are excellent for chicken and meat seasoning chopped up with garlic and onions and rubbed into the chicken before cooking the same way and you will love the aroma and taste of the chicken. Linet, I'm sure your sweetcorn and potatoes will be fantastic too. Enjoy😋
Wueeeh..the most interesting part in this video...when charlow wanted to taste the corn...hes telling linet that she's chooting alot of maize for tasting😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Linet, arrow root is also called cocoyam so it's a type of yam. Cooking competion: Linet's dish required less time to cook while Charlow's needed more time so you both did very well time wise. The grilled chicken for me.
Arrowroot is not eaten. It is processed to powder, used to make starch for ironing clothing and also used to make a savory porridge....it is not cocoyam
To release pressure from the pressure cooker, pour cold water on the lead for about 2minutes,releasing pressure by raising the pressure valve could be very dangerous
I watched a video joyce hellena did she made mokimo using Green bananas Potatoes Black beans Corn maze as you call it Green onions Little sugar to sweet the green bananas She mashed the black beans before adding it to other ingredients Then she mashed and mashed till potatoes was incorporated good it was thick and looked delicious
Charlow, I just heard you say you forgot the Rosemary herb, so it proves you know what you're doing with regards to seasoning a chicken. Excuse my earlier comment about using Rosemary as you already know about. I didn't watch all the video when I commented before.
Team both even though the chicken is a lot more time and effort the vegetables are just as important to complete the meal so both but Charlo that chicken looks appetizing Bravo
Hi Linet and Charlow I love your Language when you put salt, pepper, or chicken, or potatoes u should call the names while u are cooking in English and then your language so that we can get to learn. Lovely delicious chicken I would like to taste it. But I would of to fly from Canada (lol) Blessings guys!❤
O, thst organic chicken look good. I can't wait Charlow Kush to see the outcome. It looks very juicy. Charlow, I was very surprised you eat that chicken from African village cook. It was terrible! Not marinated at all. Just my nonest view. The worst I've seen. I look forward to your meal, you and Linet. But Linet, I declare now that I am Team Charlow ❤😊
Team both even though the chicken is a lot more time and effort the vegetables are just as important to complete the meal so both but Charlo that chicken looks appetizing Bravo
They are called corn silk my dear.now after washing you season the cavity your seasoning.first you need a real sharp knife right.😮😮😂😂😂😂😂 love garlic also , I can already smell it .If you rub it consistently it goes in well.
Linet please get for Charlow an Apron also, now that he enjoys helping you in the kitchen. Otherwise I love your teamwork in whatever you do. Love wins ❤❤
Try not to lift a pressure cooker by the long handle only while taking it from the stove, use both long the handle and the small one Pressure cookers are extremely dangerous while pressured.
Linet, I will try that dich you are making with the pumpkin leaves. But we don't eat pumpkin leaves in Trinidad and Tobago. It will be a first time for me.😊
Arent those things that Linet was peeling called dashine, the same thing she called arrowroot? They look like a food we called dashine in Jamaica, there's a smaller type we called coco
Team Linet & Charlow Kush! I am patiently waiting with my knife and fork for my food.😊. Question... What about slightly blending the maze and potatoes together, then mix everything together. Will the mokimo still come out to the desired texture?🤔 Hey...Charlooow! That roasted chicken has me salivating!😋😋😋😂 I'll try mokimo. I hope it comes out tasty.😋 Blessings. I truly enjoyed you guys cooking together.😊😊😀
This is one question I've always wanted to ask because also in South Africa there are vegetables we don't grow this time of the year such as pumpkin, tomatoes, cucumber, etc because they will just die in frost. You are lucky in Kenya.
Guyana 🇬🇾 is in South America and we share borders with Brazil 🇧🇷 Suriname 🇸🇷 and Venezuela 🇻🇪
Kenya is in East Africa and we share borders with Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Sudan and Somalia
Loving couple, waiting to see who will be the top chef😅
I tell you

Linet do the mixing on the table, your back must be hurting from bending like that.

Is it not winter time in Kenya guys. Here in Zimbabwe its very cold. I also see you have green mealies in June
Yes we do
Kenya is astride the equator, so winter and summer aren't seasons experienced near the equator.
This is one question I've always wanted to ask because also in South Africa there are vegetables we don't grow this time of the year such as pumpkin, tomatoes, cucumber, etc because they will just die in frost. You are lucky in Kenya.
You are using too much oil why didn’t you base it with olive oil or butter
We didn't have them
My son and doter you always make me proud of you, and enjoy your yummy food🤣🤣♥️♥️♥️
Wow, thank you
