Lol after watching most of the POVs, I found Grian and Scar's terror of everyone to be hilarious (and valid) even though Joel and Etho were really chasing after Jimmy and Tango
rewatching this video makes me realise there is so much foreshadowing: “We wouldn’t wanna make enemy’s with Joel and Etho” "Watch me change my name from green to yellow"
Would love to see a future season where you're partnered with someone but instead of your health being linked, your health is switched with the other person so you're entirely responsible for the other person's health but have no idea what their actual health is, e.g if you fall from a tall height, they take the damage and not you Could create a really interesting narrative where some people team up and work together or the partners manipulate each other into doing things by threatening their life
I thought we had reached peak chaos with the Warden that Tango unleashed last week, but this week managed to top it. My heart was in my throat when they were throwing Grian into the air at the river. Kept expecting him to splat onto the cobblestone on the way down. Scar is actually way better than folks expected. Just give him a water bucket and a Hot Guy bow.
0:51 Love how the Deep Dark was built up being a huge threat in this series, and when Grian first found it everyone went in as a group as was super careful, but now there's just this wool path that goes through the area that everyone casually uses to go and enchant. Also everyone's playing with the Warden in the river chasm what could go wrong. xD 4:27 And THIS is how they kill it!?
I predict this will be a lot like third life. I think they’ll team up with Scott and someone else (unless Scott’s a red life I can’t remember) and then Grian and Scar will win after a deadly tnt trap that kills many people. Then Grian and Scar will have a duel to see who wins. They are unstoppable together.
@@raresfinale6915 Arguably, the last two reds were indirectly caused by scar and bdubs, since they were the ones who stole the enchanter. Jimmy and Tango only came up because scar had the enchanter, and thus they got caught in the chaos and eventually died. Two deaths were both Grian and Pearls doing. And then indirectly because of grian and also technically pearl, pearl died. And then others also died to the new reds that they created. Ykw nvm your comments accurate... Thats a lot of deaths.
this episode is confirmation that grian is the master of masquerading... he'll tell everyone he doesn't want things to dissolve into chaos but will eternally stoke the flames and try to bring it about, it's unhinged and AMAZING
It's funny how everyone thought that Grian and Scar would be some of the first red lives, yet they're the last green lives. Also, that was an insane clutch by Scar. I don't think Grian has to worry about him so much anymore, right? Right?
Mojang: we’ve made the strongest and most unkillable mob in the game that should be avoided at all costs! Hermits: *bring it to the surface, nametag it, and kill it with FISHING RODS*
Having the red-names actually be aggressive like their supposed to be is so much better than the previous seasons. Over half the server is on red, this might not be a long season but it will definitely be a good one.
In previous seasons, red names had to be very careful about things so they didn't die in the process of trying to kill someone else. Here, because every death counts for two and every red has a free partner, it's easier to get away with being aggressive.
Having red names be aggressive is nice, but everyone else is worse than a herd of deer. They're just watching as they get slaughtered. Maybe they think the reds will avoid them if they're nice to them? But who is next? It's like the Walking Dead, but you can't kill the zombies.
Man this episode had everything, (positively). Drama, action, heroism, friendship. It was also a whirlwind of emotions, sadness, joy, amazement, dread, shock, hatred. It had protagonists that turned into antagonists, plot twists… Who new Minecraft could be such a advanced and detailed movie?
Minecraft: So, we'll overpower this mob SOOO much to completely defeat any purpose or motive to kill them, we'll make it so they can do long range attacks so that people won't be able to use some height methods! Grian + others: Let's go fishing in the water! We caught a big one!
I thought the Warden was going to be the chaos of today's episode, instead it was just shot into the stratosphere and that was that. Chaos was its own separate adventure.
The funniest thing about Grian being convinced he was gonna die, is the fact that they were never after him and Scar, it was all about Tango and Jimmu D:
*I love the fact that Grian and Scar are the LAST green names, when every part of the fandom was like:* THEY'RE NOT GONNA LAST A DAY! This episode was ABSOLUTE CHAOS. And now I can OFFICIALLY say to my friend that the fishing rod is the deadliest weapon in Minecraft!
This session was so intense, istg! The MLG water bucket was INSANE! Dude, never in my life would I have expected Scar to land such an epic clutch in the middle of battle. Wow.
3:40 *Etho: "It is the best weapon in the game honestly"* 4:30 *proceeds to kill warden with fishing rods* 6:00 9:21 14:40 17:45 *Bdubs: "They're Blood Thirsty!"* 20:00 *Scar: "I have never seen such Cruelty in my life"* 21:06 *Scar: "...Oh i have it on me"* 24:00 *awkward silence* 25:30 I think we can all agree with Timmy that this is a very proud moment for all of us. "I actually just farted a little bit." ~Grian, 2022
This was one of the most chaotic video of scene from literally everyone on this SMP, like so much death happened and things are only gonna get worse from here I’m sure
There was some series story here man. The episode began with the fishing thing which makes it seem almost like a scripted show working with that kind of perfect foreshadowing. Watching the fishing being used throughout the episode was so cool as it lead up to the climax of the Grian/Scar base fight. Scar's MLG and Grian's escape were so cool.
Grian and Scar are like nobility/royalty who found themselves in the middle of a seige whilst trading with allies, only to escape from their high tower with impressive strategy and run away into the night
I'd just like to say thank you for the captions and even more so for going to the extra step of labeling who is doing the talking. I very much appreciate it, especially as there are so many videos these days that don't even have the auto ones anymore.
This convinces me they are gonna do a series called "All Life" where everyone's health is linked to each other and it will be lucky to go for 2 episodes
The relationship should have black sails and a pirate flag now. HGSHDGBH the way Joel and Etho just materialize behind Grian and Scar at 19:19 has potent horror movie monster energy.
I'm honestly impressed with how bad strategic planning you've made, and how good it has worked. Only couple to still be green, and Scar being one of you guys, kudos!!
I love how Grian screamed 'THE ESCAPE OF THE CENTURY' whilst casually rowing a row boat down a calm soothing ravine- also best episode yet GRIAN, WELL DONE
This episode was INSANE. I can't even focus on just one thing! So many deaths, so many reds, and Scars clutch, your escape, actually getting close to dying but not, oh my word. Thrilling but stressful at the same time. It's interesting how everyone thought you and Scar were going to die, but you both are the only greens!
"Everyone is having fun with the fishing rods." "2 seconds later." "FOUR PEOPLE LOSE A LIFE!!!" Edit: I made the comment before the other players lost a life so thanks for catching my mistake.
wait wait wait-- there was actually 10 deaths (4 teams)!! in order it was 1. joel/etho 2. pearl/scott 3. impulse/bduds 4. jimmy/tango 5. bdubs/impulse *_again_*
" you look like you fought a blender, and the blender won" "it's all fun and games until you need 3 brain cells instead of 2" LMAO quote of the year factory episode

Would love to see a future season where you're partnered with someone but instead of your health being linked, your health is switched with the other person so you're entirely responsible for the other person's health but have no idea what their actual health is, e.g if you fall from a tall height, they take the damage and not you
Could create a really interesting narrative where some people team up and work together or the partners manipulate each other into doing things by threatening their life
Hell yes! This right here is what we need for season four!
This will probably lead to grian forcefully teaming with scar again for the billionth time
@@owyemen9367 a billion times is way too little grian and scar content
If one person “dies” (their partner dies but not them) 3 times and the their partner’s out, how do they lose health then? Just like normal?

I thought we had reached peak chaos with the Warden that Tango unleashed last week, but this week managed to top it. My heart was in my throat when they were throwing Grian into the air at the river. Kept expecting him to splat onto the cobblestone on the way down. Scar is actually way better than folks expected. Just give him a water bucket and a Hot Guy bow.

0:51 Love how the Deep Dark was built up being a huge threat in this series, and when Grian first found it everyone went in as a group as was super careful, but now there's just this wool path that goes through the area that everyone casually uses to go and enchant.
Also everyone's playing with the Warden in the river chasm what could go wrong. xD
4:27 And THIS is how they kill it!?
Have you got more to say
"We don't want to be enemies with Joel and Etho"
Scar: **Doesn't let them enchant**
We all already know what pair is gonna kill Grian and Scar.
They’ll definitely try, but it seems like Grian was directly/indirectly responsible for a lot of deaths so it could be basically anyone.
@@graham8727 the duel is pointless, they'll both die no matter who wins
@@raresfinale6915 just like 3rd life all over again....never let grian and scar near eachother

Well, technically they aren’t all hermits. What would the collective name be for this group?
Don't forget, it's not just hermits. It's also ppl from Evo and Empires.
Having the red-names actually be aggressive like their supposed to be is so much better than the previous seasons.
Over half the server is on red, this might not be a long season but it will definitely be a good one.
It is good, but having "red-names" being aggresive is also bad
In previous seasons, red names had to be very careful about things so they didn't die in the process of trying to kill someone else. Here, because every death counts for two and every red has a free partner, it's easier to get away with being aggressive.
I personally like the other seasons more but i no doubt agree with u, this will be a great series and im so excited to make/watch animatics!
Having red names be aggressive is nice, but everyone else is worse than a herd of deer. They're just watching as they get slaughtered. Maybe they think the reds will avoid them if they're nice to them? But who is next? It's like the Walking Dead, but you can't kill the zombies.
@@Junistheog why is it bad?

That fact that grian continues to kill more people than the red team amazes me.

Etho and Joel: ah yes, the negotiator, general scarnobi.
