Vegetable mash for baby...
Baby can start eating solid foods any time between 4 and 6 months, if baby is ready. Always ask your baby's pediatricians. And all babies are different. So before introducing any new food to babies, it is safe to check with babies pediatricians.....
Before making any baby food, always wash your hands and all the utensils, which will be used to make baby food. And don't forget to wash all the ingredients....and it is preferable to use organic ingredients.

My baby started solid at exactly 3 months ... start with a tea spoon of maize porridge.i mixed it with his formula and sometimes breast milk .he does eat it at night only day time .I started increasing as he demands more .Hes almost 4months and I think I'm gonna introduce him to some homemade purees

Angelica Theresa WRONG . If the Baby Just starts with anything Else thn Milk , wheater Formula or breastmilk it HAS to be runny and light. They cant chew yet ... People Here Dorn even wait for the Baby to have full 4 months... Dont u Tell people to Just Mash IT Up a little so their Baby will Choke

you can gave, mash avocado, banana, boiled apple and puree it, peach, and also squash, my second baby just turn 6 months those are food that I gave, I breastfeed my son by the time 6 months my milk is not enough iron, that's why you can introduced solid food that high in iron, like beans lentil, kernel, chicken

adoreabistha never put sugar in baby's food. You just try to give to food in the natural way. The baby will get used to it, step by step. But no sugar.
