I love when it seems that one of my favorite you tubers is reaching out to me! My 7 yr old Grandson just told me he needs a wallet to hold hid "cards" - they are store loyalty cards - and his money. It was yesterday he asked for this, I woke up today and here was my answer. This will be perfect Thank You
Very cute, handy little wallet. For a security/travel version the ribbon loop could be longer so the wallet can be clipped to a belt loop, then the wallet can be tucked into the waistband.
I've seen this wallet template pop up on FB for the last month. So last week I decided to make one. I found a regular billfold with 6 card slots YT tutorial and added the flap. Mine is a bit bigger and I added a second snap on the left side because I wanted more security. After I made it, I found the YT video to make it. The template company used her video to promote it.
I woke up to this on FB as well Nana. They were selling templates. I get a lot of ideas from these type of companies and try to work out how they create their patterns myself. They had an extra piece of fabric for the card slots too😀
Another great easy to follow video. Since I found your channel I have been sewing alot. I have playlist of your videos of things I've made. Thank you 😊
Hi Christine, I love ALL your tutorials! Thank you for posting these free tutorials. I appreciate it so very much! Can this credit card holder be don with oilcloth?
Thanks Cathy. I'm not sure if I'll make these to sell, but I'd have $10 - $15 on them (though I think $10 would be better). I wouldn't bother with the clip, but I'd still have it at the same price as they only cost a few extra cents. I'll put these three in the shop and see what interest I get 😀
Have I told you lately that you are a genius?? Thanks for sharing
Haha, thanks Cynthia. Feel free to tell me anytime🤣😁

You're welcome Pamela. Thank you😀
Have you considered adding a zippered pocket in the long section for holding coins?
I thinkI'll do that in another project Sheri. I wanted to keep this one very simple for beginners😀
@@ChristinesHomeAffairs Gotcha! I can't wait to see the video when you do one with the zippered section!
Love this idea Christine! Wondering what you’ll sell them for and if pricing will be same with or without the swivel clip?

I meant to ask: if I wanted to use RDIF fabric, where would you suggest applying it? Thank you!!
Pam, I'd put it in the middle section as that becomes the outside of the wallet when it's closed up😀
❤️👍
Thanks Roni😀
