Basic CCTV Training - Cameras Frame Rate

Hi,I have Hikvision DS-2CD2443G0-IW.I was do the first setup yesterday,problem is that video quality when I wach with PC is bad ,but at the same time it is very good on iVMS-4500 app on my android phone.What to do in video or image settings to make it better picture on PC(desktop)? Thank you in advance.
