Welcome back to Dan the Fisherman. I went out to the Little Maumelle River to catch bass and landed a pretty nice 4 pounder. It was a super hot day. I recommend going to a river or lake that has a lot of shade this time of year so that you can cool off and take breaks when it gets too hot in the afternoon. It’s a good spot this time of year . And you can usually find some kind of shade around the cypress trees . Usually the bass will be in the shade as well
