  • Do you feel intimidated when your opponent is about to smash? Are you able to return it but without control? I’ll be teaching you some ways you can return the smash with purpose and direction.
    The smash can be an intimidating shot when you are defending your side of the court. But when you are in the right position and you have the proper mindset, you can return the smash easily and even put your opponent on the defensive.

    Mam ,
    Can you explain the difference between fast, medium, slow shuttes.
    Which shuttle is used in Olympics and professional matches.
    Which one is better to outdoor play.
    I ordered a medium shuttles in flipcart
    But they send slow ones.
    Now what can I do mam
    I need your suggestion in this matter.
    Please mam

      Most international tournaments would use Yonex AS 50 because that is top of the line and is the right flight for an indoor stadium. Different brands have different flights. I am more familiar with Yonex as I personally use them, trained with them and use them in my coaching as well. After the AS 50 is AS 30 which is still of high quality close to an AS 50 but for training we would use AS 10 due to budget constraints... 😁🏸

    • @CoachKennieAsuncion
      @CoachKennieAsuncion  3 роки тому +2

      It is normal to feel that way, in our country even if we are slowly allowed to play in limited number, it is still very difficult. Take each day one at a time. Focus on what u can do at home and not what we cannot. Push yourself to always think positively with a purpose to improve one’s self no matter what situation you’re in... you can do this!! Be patient and hang on! 😁🏸

      When u watch your own game, you will be able to see where you get your points against that opponent and determine if you’ve maximized getting as much points there. At the same time, you will see your weakness where your opponent gets their point😁🏸

    Can i hit smash by diving forward into low serive

    • @dancerprancerblitzen
      @dancerprancerblitzen 3 роки тому +2

      Maybe you can try it, there are no rules against that I believe. However, the reason people may not usually do that is because you want to be ready for the return. It is probably harder to recover from a dive when the return is after a net kill, rather then a dive from somewhere else, where you have more time. Pros even have trouble returning some return drives when they net kill and are on their feet!
