2 POTATOES! It's so delicious and easy that I make it almost every weekend.

Ingredients:
Potatoes - 2 pcs. (large)
Cook the potatoes in salted water until soft.
Bacon - 100 g (optional)
Onion - 1 pc.
Vegetable fat
Black pepper
Piadina - 2 pcs.
Mozzarella- 150g.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 - 200 °C.
