PAX paint is fine for skin it just can be really hard getting off. It’s just prosaide and acrylic paint mixed together. It helps seal off the prosthetic while coloring it. You can just seal a prosthetic with a layer or 2 of prosaide or similar adhesive. If you don’t, it will show and your prosthetic will literally soak everything up. You under paint with a red to add the natural red tones from being alive/blood in skin back in the prosthetic. Idk if I’m explaining that right but yeah! You don’t always have to under paint with red.. like if you’re a zombie. You wouldn’t because your dead. You also under paint to bring out wrinkle and texture in the prosthetic!
