@Ghostface Killer I'm young but what I can tell you is to get the best haircut that fits your face, get in shape, wear some nice clothes, try to get a defined jawline, see if you look good with a beard or no beard, and get some face cream so you can have clear skin. After that I would say to know the rules of the game and be yourself around women and go out more. Sign up for clubs, camps and other things so you can start to be around other people and be yourself. Hope everything works out

I was 28 when I had my first official girlfriend. I spent my younger years working, looking after my elderly grandmother and helping my mother with her struggles. I lost my father to suicide at 9 years old (he shot himself in the head in the other room one morning while we slept). I met a lady who shares a lot in common with me and lost my virginity at nearly 38 years old. It is someone that I love and care for, who also loves me. Could I have done it earlier? Sure. You can't love someone else if you don't learn to love yourself, first. When you work on your own self-esteem, you can then build up another person and be there to uplift them. Don't get a girlfriend or boyfriend just for sex only. You'll end up breaking up eventually and feel broken because love wasn't there to begin with.

The reason why people feel so guilty and terrible with all of the one-off sex with random people is because they don't really love them and don't have that bond. Part of sex is being attracted to and in love with the person, not just for the physical part. It's no good to sleep with someone if you don't like them enough to consider them as a potential marriage partner someday, for instance.

I'm thirty and have been single my whole life. I feel like I've become more introverted as I've gotten older since I at least had the confidence to ask women out when I was younger, and the rejections didn't really bother me then. I've always had a job since I was 14. I tried many times to go to college, but I just can't figure out what I want to study. I lose focus/interest real quick and can't study one single subject for the extent of time required to pass it, so after going 10k+ in debt to only receive 3 credits in some remedial subjects, I stopped pursuing it.
I'm 5'10 and I've always been skinny. I really don't think I'm that unattractive physically. I'm just not as bold, assertive and outgoing as others. I even think I'm sexually repressed and severely insecure about it since I can't talk about sex even in a joking/insincere situation such as the typical locker room talk that arises in workplaces. For example, a lot of places I've worked will casually talk about sexual encounters, experiences, fetishes etc. and I'll just continue working while ignoring their banter as I can see them in my peripheral smirking and whispering about my inattention to their conversations.
I even feel like some people can automatically read my inexperience as though I have some tattoo on my forehead boldly saying "VIRGIN." This is because I've been approached randomly by complete strangers who asked me questions like "do you ever get tired of being alone?" or "don't you ever wonder what sex feels like?" I would think someone is setting these people up to do this, but who? I don't have any friends, and to be approached by random strangers makes me feel like something about my demeanor physically gives me away, despite me avoiding the topic completely.
I don't know. I always kept telling myself that maybe my odds would improve after I got older, but I see that they actually go down since my complacency and anxiety increases and my confidence decreases.
Also, the availability of desirable women (not that I have much of an option to be picky) seems to be less and less as I get older. I'm not talking about the physical aspects, but moreso their relationship history/experience. Like maybe I sound prudish but a female with several kids is a bit of a turnoff to me. I just don't see myself in that role of being a father to kids that aren't mine yet. Sorry.

I am still a virgin (not by choice. It had less to do with shyness and anxiety and more with isolation, lack of social skills; I don't project anything that females find appealing; lack of available females around since so many are married/dating already and the ones who aren't just don't find me interesting, etc) at my age and never had a date either and have been rejected constantly over the years. It is also true with me that some people can just TELL how inexperienced with females I am. I have been asked flat out by people if I am a virgin while I have had other people ask me if I've ever had a girlfriend before (most recently one of my colleagues, a fellow soldier, asked me that just about two months ago).
I've also had several people (including family members) ask me why don't I have any kids or have ever been married by now or where is a girlfriend at.

While you might be able to alter your appearance so in your case, you won't look nerdy and thin, there still isn't much if anything you can do to fix the problem of not being able to give off vibes that a woman somewhere would find appealing and be interested in you.

I know I can say seemingly extremely few women would find me interesting because I definitely have been approaching women for decades with no success at all beyond getting a phone number or two (which leads to me getting ghosted in a few weeks at the longest l, and has never resulted in even a single date ever)
Get plastic surgery or hit the gym. Maybe get some therapy to help out too.

29, pretty sure I am on the spectrum with very high functioning autism or have aspergers but it's undiagnosed. I was smart in school (not with math tho) and teachers decided to offer me "extra help" or extra time to complete assignments and in middle school they put me in a lunch club with other students that they thought had social issues.
The odd thing is when I was younger in 1st-3rd grade I was a social butterfly with no care of what people thought of me but something changed in my brain as I grew around 4th grade.... tbh I wonder if I have a benign brain tumor or if I had PTSD from seeing 9/11 because my change in personality made no sense at all. Anyway from 4th grade to 12th grade the bullying and racism I experienced was immense. I never let myself get beat up physically but always had to fight back verbally and sometimes physically and be in defense mode.
I was strong for my age and played a couple sports like football to 10th grade but never made varsity. I never could let my guard down to have true friends and what friends I thought I had were not my true friends. The most messed up thing is I did have a big glow up my freshman year, lost weight from playing football and had some support/was friends with some badass older seniors so people actually stopped giving me shit, I gained the respect of many.... even had one sorta hot girl that expressed interest in me... but my mindset was still not right... I thought to myself "why would she want me?" 10th grade I regressed, I quit football got depressed, addicted to video games and was back where I started. I lost most of the respect that I gained from playing sports. I was a loser again. As a result of the hell and trauma that I went through in school I developed terrible social anxiety, social anxiety dominated my life in College but I pushed through it.
I remember my first true panic attack in a testing center 10 years ago... thought I would have heart attack... Throughout college I also worked a hellish retail job so more trauma on top of trauma. Things started to improve around 2015, I got an internship at corporate job that was amazing, I graduated a couple years later and worked there full time ever since. Working the real job forced me to improve my social skills/image.
I started to learn how to control my anxiety but it was still there. I started taking CBD oil about 2 years ago and it's slowly but surely healing my brain and makes me much more calm and cool. About 5'10, 180-190 pounds depending on my water weight or so I have a little bit of a belly but people say I am "skinny" but im skinny fat.. have always had an athletic frame though. Im actually pretty attractive from what I heard from women and I have the ability to put on a mask to hide any hint of being on the spectrum and I exude confidence/charisma and carry a convo. Tbh masking is very very exhausting though... what normal people can do naturally I have to be self aware of myself constantly and control/tune as needed.
I have a good job that I am successful in and growing/learning, degree and love cars... have had plenty of nice cars those I consider my babies lol. I have no issue talking to women at work and even sometimes I flirt with girls I like there... but my main issue I live with my parents Tbh I have avoided responsibility of a mortgage, thought I was not ready for a house but now I AM.
I don't try to get to third base with girls because I ain't bringing the chick to my parents house... hell even mention you live with parents art age 29 the pussy will dry up quicker than Mojave. Will be getting my own place next year no more excuses. I would say I let my past trauma dominate my life from age 17 to about age 27... but now in my own words I have taken my power back. I'm reforged from being totally broken.
I also love stock trading, pretty good with tech, love my music, and I can drive the tits out of a race car on track in real life, have even thought about writing a couple fantasy books but just have not had time... I have a very creative mind.. My history teachers in school were very impressed with my writing ability... probably could be a pro-am race car driver based on what I used to do in a modified street car, looking to build/get a true fully built fully caged racecar soon after I get my house.
Starting to NOT care what people think about me put also improving, I tend to say silly/funny things sometimes with no filter. I like to make people laugh with dry/sarcastic humor sometimes. I truly know I won't be a virgin for much longer, when I talk to women I can already see a huge difference from where I was 10 years ago... From chicks I get looks, stares, smiles and even a lip bite here and there. I'm now attacting them I just gotta get my shit together (house) and I be good.
