im struggling so bad ive been a huge fan of phineas and ferb and milos merphy law and i wanted to give a shot n animation but i dont know what app to use to get those types of graphis or that type of style does anyone know any softwares to animate like that ty in advance
If you're willing to pay money, then either Toon Boom, Adobe Animate (formerly Flash), Clip Studio Pro and Tv Paint. If you're broke then there's Blender and OpenToonz.

yeah , You can make anime in toon boom harmony as it is a tradational aniamtion and u can also add fx and compositing
I draw on paper so can i still use Toon boom even though i don't use a drawing tablet?
If you wanna make animation from paper drawing without having any graphics tablet then I will suggest you to use TVpaint.

Blender is better than this program. you convince me otherwise
i used Blender but Harmony is much simplier and easy to use, i use both :)
Harmony is specialized in 2D animation and has been fine tuned for that for many years. Blender is Generalized and is a new comer to 2D animation.
