- We all like the idea of fairy tales coming true, but we realize that's seldom the case in real life. Here before us in the Bible is a story that reads like a fairy tale, but it actually happened. There are no fairies, no witches, no princes, and no mermaids. But there is a beautiful orphan girl named Esther who wins a beauty contest and becomes a queen. There is also an evil man who plots the destruction of her people. But because of her bravery, she saves her nation, and they really do live happily ever after.
Hi Pastor Greg, I read the book of Esther last night and came across your sermon about Esther this morning from UA-cam. Very well explained. I'm 59 yo and have listened to you off and on over my lifetime. . God has spared me many times during my life from near death situations and yet I'm still here. Pray for me in the situation I'm in now just going through a failed marriage that I will understand what my purpose is and why God has kept me till this present time.
I’ve never known this story. I’m excited to know who Esther was. Recently, God spoke to my heart, saying; “You are like Esther”. When the 2020 plandemic hit, I remember God speaking to my heart saying “You were born, for such a time as this”. God has given me courage too. Joshua 1:9 is my favorite scripture regarding courage.❤️✨

Hi Pastor Greg. I've heard this sermon, of Esther, before.
But you'd done such a great job on it that I wanted to hear it again.
I really love this story. And although God doesn't make any miraculous
appearances, there's no doubt that He's at the controls throughout.
Many people have often speculated if whether or not God has a
sense of humor. Well, when Haman ends up walking throughout the
city, leading his most hated enemy in the king's robes, on the king's
horse, and repeatedly yelling out, "THIS IS HOW THE KING HONORS
A MAN". Anyway, I was aghast, seeing that no one had left a comment
for you here. So let me simply say, "BRAVO"! And Godspeed always.

@LEE WALKER Basically the same thing in Chapter 6 verses 9 and 11. More so, "Thus shall it be done to the man whom the king delights to honor."
